I worked with Real Restoration to remodel my kitchen, bathroom, living room, and stairs as well as refinish my floors, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. Everything turned out beautifully. Wojtek, my project manager, and the entire Real Restoration team did an amazing job. Wojtek was extremely communicative, professional, and always made sure every detail was handled properly. I recently had a severe water damage in my kitchen and had Real Restoration Group help me put my kitchen back on the right state. The adjuster Johnathan from the real group was very effective in communicating with the insurance company and accommodating my requests to which I am very gratitude. I am generally pleased with the work done by Oleh’s team, especially his teammate Ruslan who had singlehandedly reinstalled the kitchen floor, painted the wall and installed new cabinets with good workmanship and responsiveness. The team of Real Restoration Group has the right attitude and aptitude for the task in hand. I would certainly recommend them to my friends who might need a helping hand on the restoration work.

Real Restoration Group was assigned to me through my insurance after I experienced water damage. From start to finish, the process was handled with clear communication and professionalism. Kasia, the project manager assigned to the project, was incredibly detail-oriented and supportive. She kept me consistently updated on all progress while I was living outside of my home during the kitchen reconstruction and took the time to help me make decisions whenever I was unsure. She even helped in providing a design for a pantry I wanted to update due to the lack of functionality and it came out perfect. Her guidance and attention to detail gave me a lot of peace of mind during a stressful situation. The team was also extremely helpful in completing additional work outside of what insurance covered and made sure everything was done in a timely manner. The quality of the work truly stood out and I would absolutely recommend Real Restoration Group to anyone dealing with reconstruction. My kitchen and bathroom look even better than they did before the water damage.
We had water damage in our house. Our insurance company gave us a lot of trouble but Jonathan helped us through the process with what he could. He really went above and beyond what he needed to do. When it can to restoring our 2 bathrooms and garage, Oleh made the process very easy. Everyone communicated very well and they even helped us upgrade what we wanted at a fair price.
Early this year, I noticed a leak from my dishwasher that was seeping underneath my kitchen floor. Although I didn't realize it at the time, it had ruined my kitchen floor and lower cabinets. I would ultimately need to replace my kitchen and living room flooring, as I had continuous laminate floor throughout, my kitchen cabinets, and my leaky dishwasher. I chose to work with Real Restoration, and I couldn't be happier with the results! Jonathan worked with my insurance company to quickly get an estimate approved for the flooring and cabinetry. He put me in touch with Andre, the Real Restoration Project Manager who walked me through every step of the demolition and restoration process. Andre helped me choose flooring and cabinetry that not only fit the insurance company's budget, but truly improved the aesthetic of my home. He worked with me to select a new dishwasher (with a leak sensor!) and a much-needed new microwave that fit my own budget, and the team not only installed the new appliances, they even changed out my outdated over-the-sink light fixture and hot and cold water valves. No detail was too small, from the cabinet pulls to the color of the caulk around the floor and cabinets. The entire project took just two weeks, from demolition to installation, and every professional on the team (Andy, Jaime, and many others) worked tirelessly and efficiently to complete everything with the highest quality workmanship and the least disruption to my life. I cannot stress with more sincerity how happy I am with the work and with Andre's leadership!
