I was very impressed with how fast someone was out here! We had an emergency as our bathroom flooded and they had a member out here in less time than they said. They said 20 minutes and they were here by 10! They were efficient and fixed our issues. They also have a 2 year warranty which is amazing! Definitely keeping them in mind for any future issues we may have!
Had a minor back up on my downstairs bathroom Rooter man was at my house in 45 minutes. Rick who did my service was so incredibly nice to me a first time home owner asking questions and my son Westley who was very interested in his loud machine! The job was quick and efficient, he made sure I understood the process and saw the end result. Rick even spent another 10-15 minutes walking me through my options to help save on these issues in the future I’m very appreciative of this service and Rick who spent his time going over everything with me! Very prompt and responsive. From my first call to Joel the owner, he had someone there within the hour to replace my Bradford White hot water heater that had sprung a leak. Excellent job with installation. Fair pricing. Great family run business!!!
Very responsive and made an appointment for same day although I did reschedule and they showed up right on time! Great price for snaking my kitchen sink. Will definitely call again for plumbing.
We called Rooter Man with a recent leak we had around our water meter. They returned my call promptly and advised us on things we could try. They came out promptly the next day, after calling to give me an arrival time. They’ve prompt, prepared and very friendly. They fixed the problem quickly and at a reasonable price. I would definitely call them again if I had plumbing issues and I highly recommend this family business.
