Te room was clean and comfortable. Plenty of towels and kitchen service. Huge TV but we couldn't watch the football game because it was on Netflix and that wasn't available. Breakfast was so so. Not bad, not great. Staff were foreigners and difficult to understand. Lots of dogs and barking. Beautiful pool and exercise room
The rooms were nice. However, my extended family tried eating together in the lobby but it was so loud with children playing video games, screaming and having a pizza party. The same with the pool. People in there eating, kids screaming and running. We weren't able to enjoy the evening because of the noise level and commotion. There were 3 ball teams there. The staff didn't say anything to them.
Upon arrival everything seemed okay. My husband and I checked in and went to the room. I am a clean freak, especially when it comes to hotels, to I put the suitcase on the shelf by the TV, and pulled the sheets and bedding back, searching for signs of bugs in cracks and everything. I didn't see anything at that time. We took the kids in the pool and went to dinner. Went to bed and my daughter wanted to sleep on the couch, and my youngest son wanted to sleep in bed with dad because he was close to the TV. I didn't mind having a bed to myself. And after waking up in the morning I'm glad I slept alone. I felt a strange cluster of bumps on the back of my ankle and they were super itchy. I took a picture, and sent it to my sister, my mom, my friends and I googled it to see what they thought because I was certain it was bed bug bites. I stripped the cover off the bed and sure enough saw what was an exoskeleton for a bug. There was also an exoskeleton in the bathroom on a towel as well. I immediately packed up our belongings and went to check out even though we were going to stay another night. At the desk I asked for the manager to come to the room so I could show her the exoskeleton and show her my bite without causing a scene. She said she was going to get an exterminator out to confirm whether it was or wasn't bed bugs. And that would be the decision if I would be refunded for our stay. Needless to say, unfortunately the general manager sent me an email and although they in my opinion falsely claim cleanliness and guest satisfaction is something they strive for, he said per their policy I wouldn't be getting a refund. Regardless of if it's a bed bug, or something else, I was still bit by a bug in their hotel and it should have been handled differently. I personally would have felt a little better getting a refund, considering I took all our belongings to the Laundromat and deep cleaned the car. All of which cost me money.

I stay at alot of hotels and this one the customer service is sub par. I stayed here to see if I liked it, I did not. Many better hotels, the location is good though the Chedders scratch kitchen next store is 5 stars for food and service.
Very clean hotel and very clean and quiet hotel rooms! Stayed for cheer competition and was impressed! Service was excellent and location was convenient to restaurants and a grocery store.
