I really like One Medical. As I do not have any in person offices near me, I have had only had multiple appointments over Zoom that I was able to schedule a few days prior and my Doctor has been amazing. I also have talked to a few nurses for emergency prescription refills and they have all been kind, courteous, and got me through my immediate issues. Labs have been done via Labcorp thereafter and that has been quick and easy as well. When in person Doctor Offices in my area were talking 3 to 6 months to get an appointment to become a new patient and get a new prescription, One Medical got me in within days. Its a great service, and its cheap if you have a Amazon prime membership. At the time of this writing is was only $99 per year which is a steal for what they offer. I wouldn't trade it for anything.
The efficiency at One Medical is outstanding! I'm impressed by how quickly I can get appointments - often within 24-48 hours. Their automated reminder system is fantastic, sending timely notifications for upcoming check-ups and appointments. The best part is their lab result system. Test results are promptly uploaded to the app with clear explanations, and I receive immediate notifications when they're ready. One Medical has transformed my expectations of what healthcare can and should be.

An absolutely terrible "medical" clinic that doesn't do anything - this is a clinic that exists only to bill insurance without providing care or services to patients - EVERYTHING has to be done online Sue, the doctor will speak to you face to face for 20 minutes (that is the length of an "appointment" time, but that is all. No treatment, no treatment plan, no tests, no prescribing - NOTHING. Everything is done through their app - the people at the RECEPT desk only exist to tell you to log in and use the app. The providers are trash, but especially Tina Neogi, "MD" who refused to look at my medical records, review the PDMP she had ready access to, or listen to any of my concerns. Amazon should be ashamed to have their name next to this trash of an organization- and this organization has no business being anywhere near anything to do with people's lives or medical care. Go get your REAL care else where - this is not worth your time, the multiple insurance billings with nothing to show for the costs you are going to pay - which are through the roof even WITH insurance.
Tiffany is amazing, punctual, thorough and professional. Love the reception area too. It matches the environment and excellent service.
The office is great and very modern. They sent you reminders through their app and you can check in/provide insurance info there too. After seeing my doctor for a physical today, my doctor assigned a lab task for me specifying the instructions for the lab test. I haven’t done the lab test there yet but the walk-in lab test option(no reservations required)sounds very convenient.
