Landon and his team did an amazing job for me! I’d give him 10 stars if I could. I had a BIG leak in my main water line and needed a couple plumbing fixes inside too. He had everything coordinated perfectly from the bid to the finish. I have an older “flipped” home with quirky plumbing and he made everything work exactly as promised. Aleks is an amazing, experienced craftsman and fun to work with. We had a leak at the base of our upstairs toilet. Aleks pulled the toilet, then gave me a couple weeks to do my demolition. He then returned to check on the existing toilet flange and pipe prior to my reconstruction of the area. A week later he came back exactly when he said he would to rebuild and reset the toilet in time for the holidays. He went the extra mile at every level, helping me find replacement parts for the toilet tank and even replacing my toilet flush handle while he was here, even though we had not discussed this prior to his arrival. He also replaced copper pipe downstairs which is now beautiful and functional. A miracle of repair! I am very happy with his work. It's reassuring to know there are still working craftsmen who are so capable and easy to work with. But wait -- there's more. The communication from Yvette in the main office was also superb. She kept me well-informed all the way through and was patient with me on the phone and by text. Bottom line: I highly recommend Aleks, Yvette and the entire Service Plus Plumbing team! So happy and glad to finally get my front water faucet fixed. Aleks came by and got the job done right. I grew tired of running a 100 foot hose from the backyard to water the front garden. Now I can water my garden this Summer with ease. Professional work. Done right. Fast and effective. No drama. Highly recommend. You can't go wrong.
This team is AMAZING. We used them for a whole-house repipe and drain replacement in a 1926 bungalow. I was initially suspicious of their 5-star rating, but after having worked with them, I get it, and can say it's entirely warranted. Hell, they should have six. In 14 years of homeownership, this was the single best experience working with a skilled trades company I've ever had, from start to finish. Landon and his team all had great communication, were prompt, and he was able to come out and give us a detailed and informed estimate with very short notice. Their bid was easily the strongest out of the three we solicited, one of which was from a company that specializes solely in repipes. It was a fairly huge job, and we had Charles & Chris out at the house all week, who each put in a tremendous amount of work to land the project by Friday. Old houses like ours have a lot of unexpected surprises hiding beneath the surfaces, but they navigated them all smoothly and without complaint, often fixing issues that were out of scope in order to get the job done. We initially thought for sure that we'd need extensive retiling work in the bathroom, but they were able to get everything hooked up from behind, even though it added significant difficulty to the job. We are incredibly grateful for their fantastic work, and needless to say, we will be using them again for any future plumbing needs and referring anyone we know to them who might need work done.
When Landon came out to quote the job I was impressed with his committment to quality, attention to details and the clear solutions he had for our pipe refit.
