I’m a Tesla owner if you want another option other than the Tesla dealership considered ASG for your Tesla needs. They did an amazing job and replaced my charging system that needed repair At a really fair price - they saved me thousands of dollars for my repair. I’ll definitely go back to them again. Logan is an amazing Customer Service support person for your car needs. They communicated very well assuring me that things would get done! If you’re kind to them, they’ll take care of you! Thanks ASG and Logan for helping me with my Tesla needs. We’ll see you again soon if I need any more automotive repair work. 5 stars all the way!!!!!!

I worked with Reggie, who was cordial, thorough, and took the time to clearly explain what my Tesla needed after diagnosing it. I came in already aware of an air leak in the front struts of the air suspension system. Tesla’s quote for the repair was silly, while ASG came in roughly $900 lower — and they backed it up with transparency and professionalism. Their inspection report stood out as genuine — not a quick checklist, but an actual, detailed review of the vehicle. I also had them replace the cabin air filter, and they recommended a brake fluid flush and replacement. There was zero high-pressure upselling, just straightforward advice. As someone who works in sales leadership and customer experience — and who recently published a book about how cold and transactional the sales world has become — I really appreciate when a company takes an advisor-first approach rather than a pushy one. ASG does exactly that. Their text-based communication system also works great for updates and approvals — efficient and customer-friendly. In short, highly recommend ASG Automotive. Don’t put too much stock in the combative negative reviews floating around; in today’s world, some people just want to vent. Nobody in the service industry is perfect, and cars (especially used ones) often reveal surprises once you start digging in.
