I am in building 17 . So glad I brought my Lysol wipes and Lysol fabric disinfectant. Our room looks nothing like they show on the website, it’s a cave very dark. Sofa is filthy beverages have been spilled on it tried to flip the cushions no luck, arms of sofa also shows spilled beverage on them. Walked around in my socks and they are dirty! Ick! Management should be ashamed to rent out this unit. I am not an owner and they wanted us to sign up for a presentation! That will never happen. The sad part we are here for a week. I just cried. We are going to make the best of it. I just can’t believe they rented this unit Shame money grubbing management.
Room decor is older, but still nice. A bit far from downtown Nashville and driving isn't ideal, so a bit of a quandary! Pool area is okay but not great. Overall the property is okay. I don't think I'd choose this location again.

The rooms and grounds were clean. The bed was comfortable. The buildings need to be numbered better. The numbers are are facing the main strip of the property so it was hard to find our building. It wasn't in the same place as shown on the map. We were told it was across from the office and after walking around all the buildings across from the office we headed back towards the office and we saw our building number on the building next to the office on the other side of the pool. The staff was friendly. The concierge really didn't have any deals for us, just some discounts listed on a flyer of things we weren't interested im doing and there weren't any activities going on the weekend we were there. I think there was 1 activity on Saturday, but they were mostly during the week. It was pretty quiet there, but it was also pretty chilly so there weren't a lot of people outside much. They did have a shuttle to take you to and from downtown Nashville for $15 for 2 people, with unlimited trips back and forth, which was awesome considering the cost of an Uber one way.
I have always enjoyed every Club Wyndham experience. Nashville is no exception. Friendly service. Great activities for family. Conveniently located near Opry Mills. Really great experience for our first time in Nashville. Will definitely be coming again.
Main problem was meeting we had to do to get their "freebies". Was told it was going to be just an owners update, but absolutely was a high pressure hot box sales deal. When we refused to do anything, brought in a "closer", that didn't work so then the "corporate mgr" was brought in. Treated us like we were morons and then got mad when we didn't agree with them. They also lied to us about our account and never would give a straight answer to any of our questions. I wish I had never bought in. Also, the facility is an excellent/convenient location, but rooms are showing their age and need refurbished. Don't do the meeting!!!
