My husband and I stayed for NYE and were randomly upgraded to a corner room where we saw all the fireworks around Dallas. We ate at The Reserve (the restaurant on site). Combined, we had halibut, a NY Strip, and dessert for dinner. I'm still thinking about the flavor of that steak. The bartenders worked in tandem and were very attentive. We had breakfast at The Reserve on New Year's Day. We both had omelettes and split a stack of pancakes. It was great. I don't remember everyone's name, BUT, I do remember asking Mary for salsa for my omelette. She explained that they no longer have any. No problem BUT the chef made some just for me. I felt special during the entirety of our stay and would highly recommend it to anyone. (Valet parking is kind of steep at $55/night, but I'll take that with the overall experience we had).
Stayed here purely out of curiosity and left impressed. Ultra-modern, very chic, zero grandma energy. The lobby is open, airy, and feels like it belongs in a design magazine. Peep the acetic art on the walls. Breakfast was sneakily excellent. A bad breakfast will ruin a hotel stay for me. This one came through. There is a walkable bridge close to the hotel. That was excellent for exercise.

The hotel is wonderful. Great location and convenient to plenty of good spots in and near Highland area of Dallas. Noe at the front desk was extremely kind and welcoming us upon check in. Rooms are very nice and clean. Highly recommend and will definitely be staying here again in the future!
Lovely hotel and the staff was super friendly. I lost my gold ring and I pretty much lost hope. But they instructed me on the proper procedures and checked in with me later actually as well. I ended up getting my ring returned to me. Shout out to their professionalism and service. I would definitely stay here again.
Don’t use the valet here, $55 and 25% of your booking fee, or expect the halls to be clean when you arrive. They do not use a garage for your car and it’s literally parked with in 50ft of the entrance. The hallways, not just on my floor, Still had the night before bfast scattered everywhere around check in time at 4pm!! Do not stay here.
