Decided to stay here because our electricity was faulty, this hotel is close to our home, We drive by all the time and wondered about it. We are so happy to finally become acquainted with this lovely establishment. It’s beautiful, clean and the service is incredible, and I mean INCREDIBLY GOOD . Go see cute Avery in the restaurant, and Charles or Mary at the bar, both amazing human beings. We have found a home away from home. Had to come back & edit my review because I wanted to add these wonderful people, thank you so much to Matt and Jeff the managers for making our stay absolutely perfect! Not sure how they will replace Matt when he leaves, they are big shoes to fill. Shout out to , Will and Taylor (FD) Mary (server in the dining room) and Diana (not sure, just an amazing employee) And the chefs who make the great food. I have never written a negative reviews in my life. My family and I had a terrible experience. The worst. We have stayed here for 8 years and had theee rooms on this trip. Taylor at the front desk screamed at my family and said my son “shouldn’t hand a woman his id like that”. She continued to scream at him and mock him despite my wife asking her to stop. We took it up with the supervisor and she did nothing. Her name was Lilly. The manager, Will was terrible and did nothing about it. They weee irritated with us and that we were complaining. . It was a terrible scene and I will never stay here again. Taylor was terrible. The worst customer service ever. Don’t spend your money here. If you have a problem they will do nothing about it. I have stayed all over the county and have never experienced such horrible behavior. It’s shameful.

Beautiful hotel, with lovely ambience and location. Friendly staff! Directly across pretty city park with small pond and fountain, benches. Lobby was freezing. Otherwise, great experience!
The room is huge with blackout drapes, plenty of lamps and electrical outlets. There are motion lights on both sides of the bed, and in the bathroom - great for middle of the night visits to the bathroom. Seems very clean. Bed is low and soft, but perhaps that’s not the case in all rooms. Not for people like me who prefer firm beds. Pillows are huge and heavy. Not a fan of those. The walls seem thin, as we could hear a dog barking incessantly down the hall that carried into our room, and people walking above us. And last, only one valet outside to get vehicles. Not enough when guests are checking in and cars back up in the driveway.
The hotel is very beautiful and the rooms were very clean. The food at the restaurant was delicious, and Mary provided excellent service. As a suggestion, we noticed there were many guests at the restaurant and it seemed like more staff might be needed. Also, the restaurant menu felt a bit limited; it would be great to include options like omelets and hotcakes for breakfast.
