Steven Heimberger and his Assistant Audrey Miller helped me through a most difficult financial issue. I'm also a Senior which added another layer of difficulty. They were wonderful; understanding; respectful; professional; extremely kind and most helpful. Needless to say my issue was addressed and dealt with, with a much anticipated outcome. An overall terrible experience. Sloppy work cost me months of delays. Lack of attention to detail meant court documents were filed with incorrect information. Now I am facing additional issues and this attorney won't respond to his work. I would highly recommend you find a different attorney to work with. This guy has too many cases and doesn't pay attention to the quality of his work, and then you the client pay for his sloppiness. Considerations - cost 2.5x more than he said it would - took 2x longer than he said it would - multiple delays occurred because he submitted inaccurate documents to the courts - normal response time to questions was 2 weeks. I often had to email him 2-3x's to get a response - post filing additional issues came up that he was too bust to handle This is not the person you want to work with.

Attorney Heimberger and staff done an outstanding job. From taking my fear level down to zero because of their professionalism, compassion, clear communication. Him and his staff are very knowledgeable and had me well-prepared for my meeting for my trustee. This was a low-stress outcome because all of the good things about my bankruptcy attorney.
