Scott arrived early and diagnosed quickly. My original issue was not a problem at all. As an aside I was very pleased that he honored my request to install 2 toilets. He did the install right then and there. I am satisfied with my installation. The true test will be in 48 hours when I can use the toilets. Thank you for the great service.
Attempted to give them biz twice and each rep sent made me question the slogan about ‘being educated’. So smart yet Focused on upselling only. Latest experience was with Rodrick who was overly familiar, scatterbrained, not precise in assessment and definitely not customer centric. Misdiagnosed issue and didn’t even provide a quote in writing after spending an inordinate amount of time trying to sway me to believe I had to redo system. Thank God I have discerning knowledge and can spot a white-shoe salesman. Do Better.

I enjoyed their company. They’re very nice and polite and reasonable and knowledgeable on what they were doing. I can tell from my first encounter that I wanted them to do my septic tank. Kyle was very professional very smart. He knew what he was doing and I felt comfortable I recommend them to anybody
This is my second time using Delta for plumbing, and they’ve impressed me again! The staff are always friendly and professional, and scheduling is quick and easy. Antonio handled my repair this time and was awesome—on time, respectful, knowledgeable, and he even cleaned up after himself. He explained everything clearly and went above and beyond. It’s rare to get service this good anymore! I’ll definitely stick with Delta and request Antonio next time.
When I tell you, they did an amazing job. Mr. Kyle was very helpful, and very knowledgeable he gave us information that we needed to know that we didn’t know as first time homebuyers. He also gave use great information on the things to do and not to do to make sure that our septic tank is useable to ensure we don’t have any other issues. So grateful for his knowledge.
