Nice big and comfortable rooms. The kitchen is a nice touch if you prefer to cook your own meals as opposed to ordering outside food. The staff is attentive and accommodating. I would definitely stay there again
Stayed here to go visit my nana in the hospital next door and was very delighted during this hard time to have such a pleasant stay. Rooms are clean, in a relatively decent area, service is quick, employees are kind! Amazing coffee! Amazing bar! We had so much fun at the bar, our bartender was Daj! She’s awesome! That girl had amazing customer service and made great drinks! 10/10!!
We had a wonderful experience checking in at the Hyatt House in Pittsburgh thanks to Vanessa at the front desk. From the moment we walked in, she greeted us with a genuine smile and made us feel completely welcome. She was incredibly patient, professional, and efficient, taking the time to explain everything we needed to know about our stay without ever making us feel rushed. Her warm personality and attention to detail truly set the tone for our visit. It’s rare to encounter someone who combines friendliness with such a high level of service, but she absolutely did. She went above and beyond to ensure our check-in was smooth and stress-free, and we appreciated her kindness more than she knows. Thank you for starting our trip off on such a positive note — she’s a real asset to the Hyatt House team.

The staff here is the BEST!!!!!!!!!! We were tired, exhausted, desperate to get a room at 5 o’clock in the morning after coming back from Children’s Hospital So kind so accommodating, even worked with us the next day to get a very late checkout to just sleep!!!! Not only is the staff super superior, Wish we had more time to spend. It’s a beautiful hotel.(on different circumstances) The beds were amazing everything so clean Thank you so much truly. Everyone went above and beyond to just make us comfortable even with all the bad weather we just felt safe thank thank you thank you thank you!
Enjoyed the amenities the room offered for a longer term stay. (Kitchen,microwave,dishwasher) and the staff were super polite. Main negative is that the room I was in had a fairly musty odor most of the time we were in it. After investigating we realized our dishwasher had been clogged (we hadn't used it so hadn't opened it) causing a good amount of dirty food water to build up, which I believe contributed to the humidity and odor in the room. We didnt discover this til the last day so partially on us. The thermostat could also be a bit finnicky. The hdmi ports on the TV are also inaccessible which was disappointing since we were visiting with family and had hoped to use a game console. We had to google cast to the TV to use our streaming service which only works some days since at times the wifi wasn't good enough to load a show. Enjoyed the stay overall though!
