I noticed a small leak in our front this morning and I called all aloha plumbing, they had Eddie come out within a few hours. He told me exactly what was going on and what needed to be fixed. He was finished within just a few hours and guaranteed that if there are any issues with that area again they will come out and fix it due to their warranty 1-3 years. Eddie was very kind, personable and even carried on fun conversation with my son about Flash. He most certainly made me feel like he cared about our well being. Bless him.
My experience with All Aloha Plumbing from the initial contact on their website to setting up an appointment to being contacted on the phone to be easy and convenient. They came out to see us on a Sunday to install a water heater we already had. Cole, our plumber, was professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. We enjoyed our experience because they were professional, diligent and fair with their prices. We received awesome service and I would easily recommend them to my neighbors and friends. Luis helped us out with a toilet we’ve been struggling with for years. He came in gave us a easy quote we could understand got the parts we needed change out the toilet and we had to fix within like two hours. ABSOLUTELY THE BEST PLUMBER EVER! LOUIS Z. solved every problem we had, efficiently, and professionally! Friendly, kind, and willing to answer every question I threw at him. Hands down the best customer service I have received from any home repair service of any kind! He even managed to fix a problem other plumbers had no idea how to fix, or blew me off for, just by doing a fantastic job! I recommend asking for him specifically if possible. Louis is definitely an asset for the company, and worth trusting your plumbing with.
A year after All Aloha plumbing "fixed" our sewer line we're needing to replace the driveway because of the horrible concrete patch job they did. But before we do that, we decided to have the line scoped again to make sure it's still clear and the work they did actually fixed the problem. Surprise surprise, it did not. So now I have to have my driveway dug up AGAIN to repair the work they did. I will be filing a claim with the ROC and have the work done by a competent company this time. Here's pictures of the patch they did on the driveway, which is just adds insult to injury with the poor work underground
