Had a group of rooms for our company party. The front desk was very nice and friendly. They explained things that I had ? on, I travel a lot and something they said was a bit off. The rooms were perfect, bedding was nice and soft and comfy. Wish they had more towels in the rooms, especially if there are 2 people traveling in the room. A woman needs one for our hair. Plenty of plugs/USB ports - love that. Easy check in-check out. Their rates are a bit on the high end, but if that is the rate in the Perrysburg area, then ok. Would stay there again.
Update: Added a star for service. The front office manager called me back to address the issues, and made accommodations for the inconveniences. She assured me they will investigate the issues with that room and that was not normal for a stay there. The room was disappointing. -There was cold air coming in directly from outside underneath the AC/Heating unit. I had to stuff several towels underneath it to keep it from coming in. -The bed closest to the bathroom was off its frame. When you sat down on one side, the other side would flip up, so I had to keep pushing the mattress over. -The tub plug wasn't affixed correctly, so my son couldn't take a bath. -The wall was damaged inside the bathroom where the lotion was supposed to be screwed in, but it was just 2 unfinished holes, and the lotion sitting on the counter. -The pool door was very hard to open. We thought it was closed, and asked for help, but staff said you just have to push down very hard. We finally got in, but had to let other guests into the pool area bevause they also had difficulty opening the door. I messaged the staff, but all they said was they would pass it on to their manager. I definitely was surprised because I've never had those issues with other Hilton Garden Inns in different cities.

The staff was nice and the location was great. That was the extent of the good. I'm not sure about the rest of the hotel but avoid room 528. The room was clean but warn out. Many scratches, dents, missing chunks of trim, etc. The front trim around the sink was falling off. That was a heavy piece that could injure someones foot if it falls off. Walking the hallways felt like being in a lower class and older hotel. The walls and doors were covered in scratches and marks from wear. The bed frame was broken. The pillows were flat and worn out. The bed blanket was full of snags. It worked but looked sloppy. The water pressure completely shut off multiple times while showering on both days I stayed. The security door barrier wasnt straight and was loose. It looked like the mainenance crew tried to reinstall it but cut corners and didnt replace the damaged door frame. In general, it's a nice facility and location that is in need of higher quality maintenance and a bettter attention to detail. I will likley be looking for another hotel when I return to the area. The facility was great. The location was great... very cute shopping and dining area. The beds in our particular room were awful. But we let the management know and normally we never complain. Management made things right. And FYI they are slowly updating the rooms. We just happened to get a room that hadn't been yet.
The place is outdated in rooms, mostly all amenities are broken (pool, hot tub) for example. The air conditioning didn’t work in room and there was just overall damage in things. Very unsatisfied
