Customer service for me is a must. Greeted immediately with a smile at arrival and throughout my visit. Called back at my scheduled appointment time. The Hygienist introduced herself and explained the procedure in the beginning and throughout the session. My Hygienist was very professional and gentle. The entire session was a positive experience!
I truly felt comfortable with all the staff! Melissa was fantastic. I never felt judged for my lapse in dental care the past few years while I was dealing with other medical issues. The doctor was very friendly and explained my care plan very well. It was a very positive experience , especially as a new patient! Very pleased with this group!
