Highly recommend this venue! The views and overall environment are absolutely stunning and created the perfect backdrop for our wedding. The service was exceptional—professional, responsive, and seamless throughout the entire process, which made planning much less stressful. What really stood out was the consistent feedback from our wedding planner and vendors, who all described this venue as top notch and one of the easiest they’ve worked with. Everything ran flawlessly on the big day, and many of our guests said it was one of the best weddings they’ve attended. Truly an outstanding experience from start to finish.
Awesome location. We're here for a wedding. This is the second time we've attended one at this location. And it's amazing. The view is spectacular, east view of Seattle from thw lake side. The food is delicious. I can certainly reccomend this place for a fancy event.

Really tired of these 4 star hotels charging 5 star prices. $880 for a lake view regular room in the summer - are you kidding me?! $1100 for a non lake view junior suite?! The room is very average and there’s virtually zero amenities in this hotel. They are practicing the style of “we’d rather have 1 guest booked at $1000 a night than have 2 guests booked at $500 per night” because they make the same revenue but more profit/lower cost and less work. You can see this awful business practice through out the hotel industry it’s pretty disgusting. This would be a 5 star review if the rooms are $300–400 a night in the summer- like a regular four star hotel in Kirkland should be.
Stayed one night here, which unfortunately had a wedding so it was quite loud until 11pm, then loud in the hallways until 1am. No valet (parking or luggage), and the gym is a 15-min walk through a crowded parking facility, so it doesn’t feel like a luxury hotel. Beautiful views of the lake, and the 10pm pantry is a nice touch. Staff is very nice.
We stayed in one of the Suites, and it was fabulous! The staff was friendly, accommodated our every whim, and knew my name from check in throughout our stay. Great food in this pedestrian friendly area, and quietly isolated from traffic and noise. Popular for weddings and prom; we saw kids attending both! If you can stay up until 10pm, make sure and Raid the Pantry (pajamas encouraged)!!! Photo is view from Room 341...
