Not a fan. Very off and odd experience. Super late and time consuming, which is to no benefit of yourself. Choose another Dentist. Scheduled a new patient appointment for 2PM. Sat in the lobby for 16 minutes after 2PM, finally got a room at 246PM and sat there until nearly 3PM until the Dentist could perform an assessment of my X-rays. They were able to fit me in for a cleaning, but because I had already sat in the assessment chair for an hour, I was just too tired of sitting and asked for a reschedule. The X-rays weren't shown on the screen, which was available in the room but black the entire time. And the assessment of the Dentist, was, 'You're good. No issues.' Asked for an electronic record of my X-rays but never received them. The place just gave me very off vibes. The instruments on the tray in the assessment room looked visibly dirty, and they were not opened from a sterile packaging in front of me, nor at any time while I was in the room. I was so concerned I almost asked for a completely new set of instruments. Pictures attached. End of the day, not a good experience. Second worst dental experience I had in my entire life.
I wanted to take the time to acknowledge Fourth Ward Dentistry the entire office very nice. Everyone is so polite. (Melissa) has so much knowledge with insurance she so helpful. (Ashton) she has great customer service always a smile. Both doctors are great. I use to be afraid of a dentist appointment. I've had fillings and extraction done here, I didn't experience any pain what so ever. Last but not least (Selina) this young lady is super intelligent smart and really cares about everyone she comes in contact with she's well knowledgable and definitely a team player. She really made all my appointment comfortable. If your looking for a dentist office that about there business. Contact Fourth Ward Dentristy you will not be disappointed.

I had a wonderful experience today. The staff were very kind, prompt and attentive. I will continue to go here moving forward for all cleanings etc.
Had my first appt here today. I was not pleased with the wait time. Nor their appt process. I need a root canal and tried to book the appt only to be told it's a $100 fee to book a root canal. The root canal is already well over 1500 not including the rest of the req treatment. It just left a bad taste in my mouth. The staff who helped answer the most questions was the dental assistant. I assume this is how they treat clients with Medicaid. Worst dental visit I've ever had. They charge your insurance for a basic once over. They don't encourage you to make an appt they just end the appt. Never again.
I’ve had a great experience living at Density. The building is modern, clean, and well-maintained, and the amenities are thoughtfully designed and actually usable. The management team is professional, responsive, and genuinely cares about residents, which makes a big difference.
