Ian was a life saver. My heat went out while I was not home. I called and was immediately put on the schedule for the same day. He was very knowledgeable and efficient! I’d highly recommend this company and their service tech Ian to anyone I need of HVAC needs
If you are looking for a reliable, honest, and professional HVAC company, this is it. My furnace broke on Wednesday, Ian was able to come in early Thursday morning and it was an absolute privilege to have him help. He kindly explained the issue, how to prevent it in the future, what caused it, and where the cost was coming from. He was thorough, patient, sweet with my pets that wouldn’t leave him alone, and incredibly professional. When he came back in to fix the issue, he was prompt, timely, and got my furnace back up and running swiftly. It can be hard to find a company you can trust for something as expensive as HVAC, but I felt fully taken care of and prioritized as a customer but also a homeowner. i had no questions on cost or any other issues as he made sure to double triple check I was comfortable and had no questions. From the text alerts letting me know when he would arrive, to his knowledgeable demeanor while working, I have full assurance I have a company I can trust and suggest to anyone needing work done in the area. Cannot recommend enough.
