Every visit I've had here has been excellent. The staff is AMAZING! I've gotten checked in quickly and haven't had to wait more than a minute or two to be taken back to see the dentist. I've had a few different dental assistants and every one of them have been super nice, made me comfortable and have done excellent work. The dentist has been amazing as well...friendly, funny, takes the time to listen to concerns and does a great job! Checking out always goes smoothly. Staff is knowledgeable, helps with any insurance or billing issues and makes scheduling easy. Great place and I highly recommend them!
This was my first time here and I couldn’t be more impressed. I was in the waiting room for not too long. I was immediately seen. Dr. Liu is the dentist whose care I’m now under, and his bedside manners are impeccable. He’s got great jokes, and we had a nice laugh, easing the anxiety anybody might have had at the dentist. He explained everything thoroughly, created an action plan, and we went from there. Honestly, it was the easiest appointment I’ve ever had at the dentist. It is not very often that you are eager to go back to the dentist to get things worked on and feel that ease that you’re in the hands of a capable dentist. I highly recommend making an appointment at this Comfort Dental for any of your dental needs. I couldn’t be happier, and I will be recommending this location to people, and in fact, I already have.

Absolutely a 5 star! I was scared to death. The thought of having my teeth pulled and dentures placed. I'm so glad I did it. Dr. Rennaker was so gentle and so kind. He did such a great job. And his staff was so kind. His dental hygienist they were awesome. I love my new teeth. High five to Dr. Rennaker🤚
Do not recommend!!! Most concerning was my interaction with the doctor. I was given a diagnosis and treatment plan that felt rushed and inadequately explained. I later sought a second opinion elsewhere and was told something significantly different, which made me question the accuracy of the original diagnosis and whether treatment recommendations were truly necessary. The experience left me feeling pressured rather than cared for. Healthcare providers should prioritize patient well-being, transparency, and trust. Unfortunately, that was not my experience here. I will not be returning and strongly encourage others to do thorough research before choosing this office.
If I could leave a negative 0 I would. This review is solely based off my experience with the dentist. It does not reflect Dr. Greenfield or the staff, or assistants. I scheduled an appointment on 1/21/26, and I was upset because my regular dentist was not there. What I experienced was horrific. I needed a tooth pulled, and I had numbing on me for about 2 minutes, and then the "doctor" came in and injected my gums with licodine approximately 8 times within 30 seconds. I was in so much pain. It was so excessive. He told me he would let me rest, but the resting was about 2 minutes. He came back and kept injecting my back tooth that had an abscess and it was severely infecting. I was writhing in pain and he kept telling me to hold on. He took that needle and pushed down into the tooth and I was about to pass out. He then told me if I can just hold on he can get behind the throbbing I was experiencing. He pushed down with the needle in the tooth again and I kept saying something is wrong. He didn't want to hear that. He was clearly in a hurry. Thankfully the assistant saved me. She told him no, and he prescribed me medication and they told me to come back on friday when my regular dentist was back, but I knew even though I do like Dr. Greenfield, I was NEVER coming back there. I was so afraid. That was the worst experience of my life. They also didn't call in my prescription so I'm walking around downtown in severe pain, trembling from the licodcaine, and then I had to wait for my medication to be refilled. The next day I spent all of the morning calling oral surgeons because I was so afraid and could not stop crying, I just wanted to be put under. I found THE BEST practice, Oral Peak! The oral surgeon put me in as an emergency and I had my tooth extracted Friday morning. He took his time and let the lidocaine kick in. It took about 45 minutes. I was not put under, but they did give me laughing gas because my blood pressure was high and I had extreme anxiety. Once everything kicked in, I never felt the tooth really being pulled, and it took about 1 minute to get it out. It is so hard to be a woman and have to deal with the medical field, much less being a black or brown woman, and this is the first time I ever felt like I was not cared for and it was borderline malpractice to inject someone and give them no time for the medication to fully numb them and then to excessively continue to inject them. I will be letting everyone know about my experience. I don't wish to have anyone lose their job, but he clearly needs training and empathy because he has lost that. I never want to be in the field to help people (and I actually am) and treat them like they don't matter. I will never go to this place ever again, but if you are in a hurry, I do recommend only Dr. Greenfield. He is a kind man, but only work with him. I told them I was not coming back and I wanted my money back because the tooth was not extracted and I left there terrified and afraid that I was seriously injured and may have to be hospitalized. I ended up calling my bank to get my money back and I will disputing that. I am so upset, and terrified because you never know who you are going to get and the dentist I dealt with on Wednesday clearly needs some additional training. I am considering turning this in to the board!
