Sterling Primary Care is a wonderfully organized and efficient care center. The staff members are gracious and helpful when I call or visit. The online response from my primary provider Chelsey Medley is fast, clear, and always informative. Chelsey and the others do not rush through visits but take time to be thorough and give clear and constructive advice. Having switched to Sterling about 4 years ago from my doctor of 40 years who retired, I have been tremendously pleased and grateful to be a patient at Sterling. The place and people are outstanding.
Dr. Gomez has been my PCP for 3+ years and I highly highly recommend her and her nurse practitioner, Chelsey Medley. I have only ever had positive experiences at this office. They both listen well, explain things clearly, and are efficient without being short or rude. They are timely with their appointments and understand not everyone has 2+ hours to spend at the doctor's office. They have always gotten me in and out and feeling better quickly every time. The Sterling Primary Care staff consistently goes above and beyond, has always been available by phone or for same day appointments for the unfortunate stomach bug or terrible head cold. I have referred at least 3 friends to this office and they have all been satisfied with their experiences as well.

There is no one better that Chelsey Medley NP! I have had horrible experiences with Drs during my adulthood. I was terrified on the Dr growing up so those experiences only made it worse. Now that I see Chelsey I actually enjoy going to my appointments. She is genuine and kind. I have a lot of body related anxiety and she treats me with respect and courtesy. Also a HAES practitioner! I would and will recommend her to anyone and everyone. I will never leave her practice.
Chelsey Medley FNP really took her time to listen to all of my concerns at my new patient appointment. She was very compassionate and caring, and I feel that she goes above and beyond in her care. Would definitely recommend her to family and friends!
New Patient - Chelsey Medley NP As a new patient, you never know what to expect. And from personal experiences I've learned not to expect too much. However, Chelsey and her nurse exceeded all of my expectations. They were both very personable and friendly, and seemed genuinely interested in my health and life in general. I haven't had that experience before in a doctors office before - even after visiting some doctors for years. If you are looking for new primary care, I highly recommend her.
