After nearly 40 years (!) in use, it was finally time to replace our old furnace and A/C unit. The sales rep did a great job explaining things and gave us the best value of several companies we looked at. The install crew was prompt, polite, and focused. The removal of the old systems and install of the new took a full day but it was comfortable to have the crew working inside and outside of the house the entire time. The crew lead, Austyn, explained how everything operated, helped us set up the phone app for the new thermostat, and made sure we had our questions answered and felt good about the install before they left. They cleaned up after the job and the new system seems to be working just fine. Logan made it a great experience all the way through.
I had my 22 yr. old Trane single stage furnace and central air conditioning replaced with a Trane 2 stage furnace and 6 stage of cooling air conditioner (S8V2/XL17i). The old system was still going strong with the only service required was 1.5 lbs of refrigerant added 1 time after 18 years of service. The new system is so much quieter and works fantastically! As for the installation the team arrived on time, performed very professionally and completed the work in a little less than 4 hours. The salesman was very good! He was also on time and very knowledgeable. He gave me a great deal and I did not feel pressured. I highly recommend Logan Services.

We were having AC problems and Joseph Bayliss came out and gave us many options. We then met Scott Richard’s who explained our options in purchasing a new system in great detail. We called on Wednesday, had appointment to be seen Thursday and I might add at 7:00 PM and Friday we had Lachlan and Craig here at 9:30 am and our system was installed by 3:45 pm! Courteous employees, kept our home clean and managed to do a really top quality installation . They explained what was done and why, everything looks beautiful!
Due to the condensation found in my air-conditioning duct, I contacted Logan Services A/C, Heat & Plumbing, and they sent Danny Corum to perform a thorough system inspection and provide recommendations. Danny was exceptionally professional throughout the entire job. Utilizing highly sophisticated tools, he went above and beyond to test and inspect every compartment and instrument to confirm peak system performance. Upon completing the comprehensive inspection and minor maintenance work, he proactively provided an optional maintenance program to ensure a hassle-free, long term plan for the future. I am incredibly pleased with his service will specifically request Danny from Logan Services for all my future maintenance needs.
Just had my air handler and AC/heat pump replaced. Technician was on time. Protected the floors. Did not track or cut through the house. Walked me through the entire system when complete!
