My son and I visited Trundle Manor and liked it. They have a vast collection of things. They will tell you what each one is and stories of how they acquired them. They point items out, or you can ask questions. My soon to be 13 year old was entertained. The host was so nice and definitely put a lot of effort into the tour. A few fun surprises along the way.
This place is exceptionally unique, macabre, and fantastic! Very engaging and informational private tour by the lovely lady of the house who shared their eclectic, albeit morbid, collection of odds and ends including medical instruments, dressed up taxidermied animals, fun creations, artwork, creepy old toys, homemade machines, animal skeletons, and SO much more! It was absolutely fascinating and we will definitely be back with more friends to share the experience! It is free to tour the manor, but they gratefully accept monetary donations or weird, dead, or creepy things to add to their collection. Highly recommend it to anyone looking for an hour of unusual fun with friends or for an unforgettable date night. :-D

A VERY entertaining tour by a great hostess. Would be an easy 5 stars if not for the steep stairs and broken railing that was difficult for my wife and I with our bad knees. With their obvious mechanical skills, it doesn’t seem like it would be all that hard to fix the railing.
You will see numerous macabre objects, many of which has a story behind it and will be told during your visit. It is a 'living museum' even though many of the items are clearly and thoroughly unalive. PG rated, in my opinion, but a fun escape from reality. The mind-blown part was the kitchen. You'll see.
Nothing boring about this house. We had a fabulous time exploring and hearing crazy stories - a fantastic way to spend the afternoon. This couple is artsy, creative, strange and truly fun to meet!
