I've worked with Oscar to have my AC unit maintained over the past ~3 years and I cannot recommend his services enough. He always picks up the phone and is typically able to fit me into his schedule very promptly (sometimes even next day). His maintenance visits are thorough and he takes extra time at the end to explain everything that was done and answer any questions that I might have. Prices seem very reasonable for the work that is completed. If you are in the area, I would highly suggest giving him a call for whatever your current AC situation may be. You will not be disappointed.
Great experience with All Area A/C & Heating. My A/C went out around 7:30 PM, and they were the only company able to come out the same night. Joe arrived by 9:00 PM, quickly diagnosed the issue, and had everything running again in no time. He was professional, knowledgeable, and clearly explained the repair. It’s rare to find such fast after-hours service, especially in the Arizona heat, and they truly exceeded my expectations. Highly recommend All Area A/C & Heating for reliable, honest HVAC service. Oscar was a huge help when our AC went out on a weekend before an early morning flight leaving for vacation. He answered our call, showed up first thing in the morning, gave us a comprehensive diagnosis and all while we were away! Better yet he let us know the parts could be covered under warranty and even submitted on our behalf. Not only did he get our AC up and running but we got the warranty refund from the manufacturer 48 hours later! Oscar was kind, patient and honest. We really appreciated him and would recommend to anyone looking for an honest business.
I was having some issues with my ac, it wasn’t cooling and the outside unit was very loud. The HVAC technician, Oscar, was super nice, explained everything clearly, he even showed me pictures of the work they were doing while explaining everything to me. My house now is cool again, and the outside unit finally stopped making really loud noises, I am 100% satisfied with the service. And the best of all, Oscar was able to come the very next day after I called.
The day after the 4th of July my AC was not cooling my house. I called All Area, spoke to Oscar at 8:06 AM. By 9:05 AM, Joe, Oscar's employee arrived at my house. By 9:41 AM, my house was cool again. Joe brought knowledge, experience, professionalism and efficiency with him. Thank you Joe and Thank you Oscar.
