The Ritz-Carlton is absolutely stunning, and it completely lives up to its reputation for incredible hospitality. From the exact moment you step into the gorgeous lobby, you are surrounded by an atmosphere of pure elegance that somehow still feels genuinely warm and welcoming. One of my absolute favorite details has to be the spectacular floral design. The massive, vibrant flower arrangements throughout the property are total masterpieces, and the incredible attention to detail in every single display is just breathtaking. It is these thoughtful, artistic touches that make walking through the hotel feel like such a special, elevated experience. On top of the beautiful ambiance, the food is delightful. Every meal is beautifully prepared, packed with incredible flavor, and serves as a total highlight of the stay. However, what truly makes this place stand out is the wonderful staff. I want to give a huge, heartfelt shout-out to the morning security team, who went completely above and beyond to help me find a lost personal item. Their quick professionalism and reassuring kindness turned what could have been a super stressful morning into a completely seamless, positive experience. They were seriously amazing! The Ritz-Carlton doesn’t just provide a place to sleep; they take care of you with genuine heart, making every single moment feel unforgettable.
I recently stayed at The Ritz-Carlton, Dallas and had a very comfortable experience. The hotel was well maintained, and the room was clean, quiet, and spacious. After a long day exploring Dallas, it was nice to come back to a place that felt relaxing. The staff were professional and friendly throughout my stay. Check-in was smooth, and everyone I interacted with was helpful without being overly formal. I also liked the location since it made it easy to get around the city and visit nearby restaurants and shops. One thing that stood out was how peaceful the hotel felt despite being in a busy area. The common areas were comfortable, and everything seemed well organized. Overall, it was a pleasant stay, and I would consider returning the next time I'm in Dallas.

We were in town for a business conference and had a lackluster room at the Sheraton. We abandoned that property and fled to the luxury oasis that is the Ritz. So many wonderful memorable experiences during our stay. Wonderful staff, amazing food, and amazing suite. Every staff member was welcoming and gracious. Special mention to Anar that turned our Dallas hotel experience around to a stunning experience. Thank you so much Anar.
I cannot recommend this hotel, unfortunately. The service is not up to par compared to other luxury properties in Dallas, yet this property is always the most expensive. They use the Ritz brand to lure those not experienced with other Dallas hotels to inflate demand for this property because there are no other stand out national luxury hotel brands in Dallas right now. I would recommend the Mansion or the Swexan any day about this property. I would actually recommend the Crescent Court over this property - on a price adjusted basis, the experience and type of room you can get at the Crescent is far superior.
