The Ritz-Carlton, Dallas is a first-class facility all the way around. The property is absolutely beautiful. Everything is spotless, well maintained, and done with real attention to detail. From the lobby to the dining areas, it just feels high-end the second you walk in. The atmosphere is upscale. You can tell they take pride in the place. Truly one of the nicest facilities in Dallas.
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Staying at The Ritz‑Carlton, Dallas is an unforgettable luxury experience from the moment you step into the elegant lobby. This Uptown Dallas landmark truly feels like a destination in itself, blending world‑class service with timeless sophistication that makes every guest feel genuinely cared for. The rooms and suites are beautifully appointed with thoughtful touches and plush comfort, offering stunning city views and a refined atmosphere that’s perfect for both leisure and special occasions. The multi‑million‑dollar renovations elevate every space with contemporary luxury and impeccable design. I cannot recommend this hotel, unfortunately. The service is not up to par compared to other luxury properties in Dallas, yet this property is always the most expensive. They use the Ritz brand to lure those not experienced with other Dallas hotels to inflate demand for this property because there are no other stand out national luxury hotel brands in Dallas right now. I would recommend the Mansion or the Swexan any day about this property. I would actually recommend the Crescent Court over this property - on a price adjusted basis, the experience and type of room you can get at the Crescent is far superior.
My boyfriend (fiancée) proposed Sunday, and afterwards we went here for a one night stay, something he’d planned in advance. He worked closely with a woman named Suha who helped decorate the room with flowers, balloons, and champagne, everything was beautiful! On top of that word got around that we were celebrating our engagement so our room got upgraded to the most gorgeous suite, built for royalty! We ordered room service where Frankie was delightful, and made us feel so celebrated! She was the star of the show!! At checkout everyone, I mean everyone, came up to us congratulating us, wishing us the best, and being just absolute joys. We will forever cherish that night and this hotel, and hope to be back for years to come. Thank you to everyone who helped make our stay wonderful.
I stayed here on a vacation trip mainly to see the nearby museums. The lobby and bar is fantastic, with two Frank Stella paintings, and the rooms and faciliites are relatively new (or renovated), so that the experience was truly fantastic. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. I did eat at the restaurant Fearing's for breakfast and dinner, and the food was overall good (but not amazing). It is a Michelin recommended restaurant in Dallas, but somehow the food was not outstanding to me. Nonetheless, my experience overall was outstanding at this 5-star hotel, and I will likely return here.
