Shawn was very informative about my electrical status, without any pressure. I appreciated his candor. Chris Moran was extremely professional and very conscientious about neatness. He was also very patient when I asked a lot of questions and tolerated me my watching him work. There were a few challenges out of the ordinary. especially the phone line. The results were top notch. I would highly recommend both of them.
During a storm last night, a tree in our backyard fell and it damaged our electrical line from the pole to the house as well as the service entrance and mast. We still had power, but the support line for the main electrical line was ripped off the house when the tree fell and any gust of wind could cause more damage and possibly be a fire hazard. Called around the next morning in search of an electrician that could come out and repair it. Initially couldn't find anyone but called Tri-County and they were able to send someone out same day, even within a few hours. They quoted the job, we accepted, and they got everything fixed up in a couple hours. We feel much better knowing that it is safely back where it belongs and all the hazards were removed. Very happy they came out so quickly. They (Glen and helper) were friendly and professional as well.

Shawn took the time to walk me through the installation plan and offered thoughtful recommendations to improve both safety and durability. One thing that really stood out was his suggestion to use a metal cover for the wiring instead of plastic. He explained that it provides better protection and reduces potential fire risks. That level of attention to safety and detail gave me a lot of confidence that the job would be done properly. His technician Matty handled the installation and did an outstanding job. He was professional, knowledgeable, and extremely thorough. The installation was clean, organized, and clearly done with pride in workmanship.
