Albert's Heating & Air Conditioning Inc. has exceeded our expectations during the installation process. The Sales Rep Joseph, was awesome! He took the time to listen to us and give us exactly what we need, without trying to over sell anything we did want nor need. The guys who came out to install, Noah, Brad, and there was one more I am forgetting his name, they were all amazing. I felt comfortable with them in my home, they were respectful, knowledgeable, and very nice. We initially spoke with Joe about 3-4 weeks ago, he gave us some time to think on it and didn't repeatedly blow us up trying to push the process along. Once we were ready and reached out, he came back out pretty quickly with an installer, Brad, who was also just as awesome! After that, they got us in within a week to get our ductwork and air conditioning installed. We had a busy schedule that week, but the weather was accommodating, so they worked around our busy schedule to help us get everything in while it was warmer out. We are truly happy with how everything went! No complaints on our end at all! Thank you to Joseph, Brad, Noah, and the two other gentlemen I am forgetting their names, sorry!
These guys were great. We lost our furnace on Thursday it was just over 30 years old and couldn't be fixed anymore. So they came out on Thursday afternoon when we called Thursday morning and they came back on Friday and installed the furnace. That easy. Then when the guys came out to put the furnace in they were great also. They were friendly and they helped any way they could we had our Old furnace they had to take out and they loaded it up on my husband's truck for him to take it away. They didn't have to do that we had a Christmas tree where they were going to put the pipe that goes outside they moved that for us put it over on the burn pile. They were just great to work with. You can check around they'll give you the best price available I bet you because they sure did for us. And it was kind of an emergency because the temperature was going down to zero the next day we were supposed to have a winter storm getting 8 to 14 inches of snow. So you can't beat them.

My leaking water heater was replaced with a new water heater on the same day that I called for service. The technician arrived within the hour that I called for service to access the problem. He said I need a new water heater. He ordered the new water heater and it was delivered and installed within two hours on the same day. The technicians were very professional and customer oriented. i use Albert's for all my hearting, air conditioning, and water heater services. I highly recommend Albert's to all my neighbors, friends, and family. Albert's is an excellent local company.
We had a bit of a rocky start when our new combi-boiler (a lemon from the factory) had issues immediately after installation. What defines a great company isn't when things go perfectly, but how they handle it when things go wrong. The team at Albert's stood behind their work 100%. After trying to repair the unit, they advocated for us with the manufacturer and replaced the entire boiler at no cost. The new unit is working perfectly—it’s quiet, heats the house twice as fast, and handles hot water for the whole house. I really appreciate their patience and integrity in making this situation right. Highly recommended.
Once again, these guys don't disappoint. No heat from my Peerless Purefire on Sunday. My own fault for not scheduling my yearly check up for winter. I called 8am Monday. Told them no emergency since I had portable heaters but they told me someone would be here between 9 or 10am. I wasn't shocked when he pulled up early at 8:30 am. From Joe who answered my call to Ryan who came to get my heat back on, these are great people. They explain everything and are very thorough. Thank you Albert's!
