Walking all the way to the end of the pier and taking in the view of the lake is just breathtaking. The cool breeze coming off the lake feels amazing. Lake Michigan is so massive it honestly feels like an ocean, and the contrast between its emerald-blue water and the city skyline creates such a unique vibe. There are plenty of shops around the pier, and the beautifully maintained trees and flowers make the whole area feel clean and refreshing. It’s even more beautiful than I ever imagined.
Okay, so boom, check it out. If you're ever in downtown Chicago, Navy Pier is a must. It's huge, so definitely wear your good shoes. There is live music, so much art, diverse crowds, and tons of food and vendors. Flyover Chicago is a super fun experience. Parking in the attached garage ran me 35 bucks for two hours, which honestly, it was worth it for the convenience. Beautiful views in the day and at night. Five out of five recommend. Great views, just wear walking shoes! Navy Pier is a fantastic place to spend a few hours, though there are a couple of things to keep in mind before you go. First off, it’s a pretty long walk just to reach the main areas of the pier. Luckily, there are plenty of spots to stop and take a break along the way. The atmosphere out by the water is incredibly peaceful, making it an amazing place to just sit for hours, clear your head, and watch the tour boats anchored along the docks. Just be prepared for the weather—it gets very windy out there! My only real critique is the seating; while there are a lot of places to sit, they aren't particularly comfortable for long stretches. If you get hungry, you're covered. There is a massive selection of restaurants and spots to grab a drink. Definitely worth a visit if you're in Chicago, just wear comfortable walking shoes and bring a jacket for the breeze!
Perfect place for entertainment, nice and clean. Best spot to look at Chicago from top. Good restaurants. You can explore navy pier for hours. Big food court is good place to hide from heat and from cold weather. We was there with kids, best memories. Ferris wheel is really big, on top of wheel you will see entire Chicago. Highly recommend
Went to Navy Pier and went on the big Ferris wheel! We had a great time and was so glad the Ferris wheel had air conditioning! Lots of shops and restaurants. We did get there a bit early so we did a pass down to the end and came back to check em out. Incredible views from the end of the pier as well. Absolutely worth taking a stop to check the pier out!
