william was extremely professional, courteous and timely. he gave us a range of costs that were honest and accurate. we chose to replace as opposed to repair. he returned with the new unit, and installed in one day. he was determined to get us hot water for the evening. He was a joy to work with. we have always had impeccable and timely service from ER plumbing. We have used them for 15 years and never hesitate to call.

Excellent Service. A technician came the same day. He was excellent. Completed all the work, he was thorough, polite and explained everything. I am very satisfied and reccomend ER Services and their technician Bo Sadler. I had a very stressful day, with 2 leaks to deal with. My refrigerator water line leaked & sprayed all over. In addition, my kitchen sink was leaking & draining into the cabinet below. The technician resolved both of these issues & removed my old garbage disposal. All work was done to my satisfaction. These guys are great. Renee set everything up from the start & Bo finished the job. 👍 A+++ THANK YOU.
When the air conditioning went out, I knew I was going to be facing a huge bill, and of course i'm skeptical, anytime I call someone. Carlos came out and not only did he fix the air conditioning quickly. He did it for a very reasonable price and he was an absolute pleasure to work with. What an outstanding young man. He is an asset to this business. We were so happy we signed up for maintenance contracts. Happy customer.
