Amazing food, the best service I ever had. I appreciate Pierce who took care of us so well and suggested us the dishes. He even guided us with Appetisers and made sure that we love every moment in the restaurant. Amazing food, amazing service. Nice ambiance. It just create a vibe when you get such service from your server. If I have to rate I will rate 10/10 for service, 9.5/10 for food, 10/10 for ambiance. Must try, I tried lobster crab cake, lamb chops, my friend tried rib eye. All amazing food. Must try if you are around.

From the moment we walked in, everything was top tier — the atmosphere, the food, the attention to detail, and the impeccable service. A special thank you to Peter Karas, our exceptional dining host, who truly made the evening unforgettable. His professionalism, attentiveness, warmth, and knowledge elevated our entire experience. He anticipated every need before we even had to ask and made us feel genuinely welcomed and cared for. The food was outstanding from start to finish, perfectly prepared and beautifully presented. Easily one of the best dining experiences we’ve had in Charlotte. We will absolutely be back and will be recommending this restaurant, and Peter specifically, to everyone we know. Bravo!

Honestly, went to McNinch house on a recommendation last year for our anniversary dinner and it was 'mid' as the kids say. Decided this year to come to The Capital Grille and it never disappoints! Peter was our server, he was the perfect balance of helpful and patient throughout our dining experience. Atmosphere, food, and company😉 was top notch! Thank you Capital Grille for always going above and beyond. See you soon.
I celebrated my birthday here and it was a night to remember 💚. The staff, the food, the atmosphere, everything exceeded my expectations. If you’re celebrating a special occasion or just want to feel special, this is the place to go. My waiter’s name was Douglas and he was AMAZING!! You will not be disappointed!!!
My husband and I ate here a few weeks ago for my birthday before a play at the Blumenthal. Upon arriving, they had our table decorated and as soon as I sat down to put on my glasses the screw fell out and they broke. Our amazing server (David C), spent several minutes asking around for a repair kit, found one and offered us a flashlight to put my glasses back together! Not only does this restaurant have amazing service, the food here never disappoints. David recommended the lobster, which was divine, and they accommodated us by splitting two sides so we could try more items and share along side our yummy, perfectly cooked steaks. Again, thank you to David and the rest of the staff for a wonderful evening!
