From the moment we arrived, Keisha at the front desk made us feel welcome! She was professional and warm. After our long drive, she helped us feel at home and cared for. Based on her excellent customer service, we will definitely stay here again on a future trip.
Good and bad. Dirty place. The staff were friendly and some staff were very friendly. Seems like one of the cheaper built versions on a Springhill Suites I have stayed at - lacking some of the items in other Springhill Suites. Deferred maintenance in the room and the gym. Broken light in the room, AC did not work well and the HVAC fan was loud. Linens were clean and bed was made everyday. Breakfast was on the lower end of comparable Springhill Suites - good enough but far from great.
The rooms were clean & comfortable. The bed was very comfortable. I didn't really care for the pillows, but that's just my personal preference for a firmer pillow. Great location for restaurants and downtown events, without being right in the mix of downtown. But the front desk lady, Ms. Kisha, was the highlight of the trip. Her customer service and hospitality were so appreciated. We would definitely stay here again

We had a minor booking issue with our room (not hotels fault), but the staff was helpful as much as they could be. Got it figured out, the stay was nice. Room was clean, staff were friendly. Keisha was amazing, not only did she help with check-in; she happened to staff the bar lounge at the hotel and made a drink I had mentioned (and made it even better!). Overall hotel stay was positive. Plenty of food related businesses close by too.
It took over 30 mins to check in. There was only person working at 830 on a Friday evening. The room was disgustingly dirty. There was visible dirt on the floor- when utilizing the sofa bed, we opted to not use the mattress as it had visible dirt/debris and staining. There was no linens available for the sofa bed- the extra pillow had no pillow case. When I contacted the front desk- I was instructed to come down to get the extra linens and pillow. When I went to the front desk they told me they had to get the linens from the supply area in the basement and they would bring them up. I called 2 more times and finally 45 mins later had the linens brought up. Very disappointing. Will be choosing other accommodations in the future?
