Stayed here last week after me and my wife were traveling to Cincinnati from Tennessee. Very nice hotel. I love that they offered complimentary breakfast. Staff were absolutely amazing! Especially the lady at the front desk. She said her name was Ronnesha. There was a lady who had gotten stuck in the elevator (who happened to be my mother). My mom was absolutely grateful for her after she stayed on the phone with her while they waited on the fire department to come get her out of the elevator. Shortly after all the commotion. She came down to the pool area to check on her and my 2 small children. Thankfully everyone was ok! Just a little startled, but my mom was very grateful that someone cared enough to make sure everyone was ok. We’ll definitely be visiting this hotel again whenever we are in Cincy ☺️
Very nice, clean hotel. Check in was easy and quick. Staff was friendly and helpful. Comfortable beds; big, clean shower. Our room had 2 queen beds, a sofa, and a desk, and there was plenty of space for luggage and getting around. There were a couple stains on the sofa, but overall, the room was very clean. There is a fitness room and a pool on the lower level. The pool water looked very cloudy, probably had too much chlorine. Breakfast could use a couple other options, but has a very nice seating area. We enjoyed our stay and highly recommend!

I'm really very disappointed with this hotel experience. This is not my first time at the hotel so i had the same expectations as my previous visit.I am a Marriott member so I expect an elevated experience. First the good. The customer service was good. Always a smile and a greeting every time you walk past the customer service desk. It also helps that it was an English as a first language service personnel. No shade but it's Cincinnati not somewhere across the ocean. I need to be able to understand you. Now the bad. I hate it when you visit a hotel again and realize that management doesnt care about keeping it "fresh". The hotel looks worn. As soon as I walk in there's a guest with her bare feet laid on the table on the lobby. Yuck. The air is moldy and stank. We get to our room and the room smells stank, the sheets dont smell fresh and the fitted sheet doesnt even fit the mattress. I spent half the night trying to keep the fitted mattress on so that I wouldn't be sleeping on the bare mattress. The refrigerator was broken. I called the service desk to request a new one and she replies "it doesnt get very cold anyway" and that maintenance had left for the evening. I made it clear that we had waited several hours and it never got cool and asked if she could swap it out with one from another room. She did do that even after she stated that the units were heavy and it was just her servicing that evening. I do appreciate that she made the switch but why doesnt she have any help? Marriott rooms arent cheap. This hotel is right outside of the city. They make plenty of profit. Why not hire support staff? So my stay was less than my expectations of this particular hotel and the Marriott Brand.
This is a nice hotel with a beautiful room with ample space even for four people. I love how the bathroom has two sections with doors. One with a potty and the other with a shower and both have sinks and mirrors. Such a great idea! The view is of a parking lot or the highway, but it is very close to the art museum and also walking distance to Echo Park. They’re not a whole lot of restaurants within walking distance but downtown is so close by car!
I appreciate the location close to UC Medical center where I have flown in from NYC to visit a sick friend a few times and always stay here. It is reasonably clean and they have good coffee in the lobby in the morning. A special shout out to Keisha the bartender who not only made me a lovely Cosmopolitan after a long hard day in the ICU but stepped into her previous role in housekeeping to make up my room which was missed today. Thank you also to Victoria at the front desk for her help (and forgotten toothpaste). They corrected the problem with great kindness.
