Due to a severe storm, hail damaged my roof and it needed to be replaced. I began looking for a company that I could trust to do the work properly. I talked with my neighbor who had Cochran Exteriors replace his roof and he was very pleased and satisfied with their work. I called the company and made an appointment for an estimate. On the day of the appointment Norman Speakes arrived on time and was a very pleasant person. We went up on the roof, he asked what I would like done , any changes or upgrades. I was satisfied with what had been done and just wanted to upgrade the quality and color of the shingles. We then went back to the truck, he showed me the different quality products and color samples I chose the color, he put the roof dimensions into his laptop. He ask a few more questions and choices, no pressure just ensuring what upgrades were available. He gave me an estimate and I agreed to move ahead with Cochran to replace the roof. Three and a half weeks later I got the call that they would be there in three days, if the weather would permit. The supplies were delivered the day before the roof replacement. The crew should up promptly on time, Carlos and his did a great job, very hard working crew. Jim Viles was the project manager ensured the crew was briefed on what I wanted and that my property was covered and protected from falling shingles and roof materials. Carlos and his crew did a fantastic job! Whole project in one day! The entire project from the initial call for the estimate, to the roof being completed, was very easy, no stress and I was very happy with the process. EXCEPT how much material that was delivered and not used. Jim Viles showed up the next day to go over the finished roof, no issue were noted and I again gave credit to Carlos and crew. WHAT I HAD ISSUES with was all the materials that were left over. Jim and I went over the estimate invoice and he agreed that there was an extensive amount of material not used. He made a number of calls and the company adjusted the final invoice and picked up the extra leftover supplies. Overall a very good experience. I would recommend this company with this roofing crew!

After storm damage done to our house, we decided to hire Cochrane exterior to repair the damages! The replacement of roof, gutters, and siding! Ryan went above and beyond listening to some of the concerns that we had and was able to Fix all the problems and now our house is up-to-date and very modern looking shout out to Ryan and his crew for understanding and getting the job done!
We worked with Cochran to replace our gutter system and 18 year old roof. So glad we did! From the moment we first met Beshoy, we felt confident in hiring Cochran. We were astounded by the entire team’s dedication and attention to detail from start to finish. Chris was our PM and is a thorough communicator. The project was very quick all things considered! Will update review with photos eventually. We’re mostly thankful for the end result of course, but also the patience and guidance along the way as we had to make additional interdependent/simultaneous renovation decisions throughout this past month. We will definitely be working with Cochran on additional projects and highly recommend their services. Thank you!
I highly recommend working with AJ Baker. He was extremely honest, helpful, and professional throughout the entire process.After my first call to Cochran, AJ came out right away and immediately started helping. He took the time to listen to my situation and understood how important it was for me to work with my insurance company so I could get my roof and siding repaired. He worked directly with my insurance company for over two months, doing everything he could to help me get the most coverage possible on my claim. One of the other things I appreciated most was that I never felt pressured or obligated to move forward with anything I couldn't afford. AJ was patient, transparent, and genuinely tried to help me and understood my situation. I would absolutely recommend AJ Baker to anyone looking for someone they can trust.
This company was really great to work with. I needed some siding repair done after a storm. To start, someone answered my call right away and they were able to come assess my house the next day. I appreciated there wasn’t a long lead time. David came out for my assessment and was so nice and helpful. Very efficient and did a great job! Would definitely recommend them for future work!
