Love this hotel! The lobby and rooftop deck are stunning. The room stylish, comfy and loaded with amenities. You can't beat the location if you want to enjoy Tennyson street and it's a quick hop to downtown.
First the good…location is great. It can get a little noisy but to be expected at a centrally located hotel. High quality furnishings and fixtures. Unfortunately…I was sent three communications in advance of my stay asking if i needed anything to which i repeatedly requested a high chair and crib. They confirmed that they got my request. Upon arrival the items were not in the unit. I was told, via text that they’d bring them the next day. When I expressed concern about where to have the baby sleep there was no response. Other miscellaneous maintenance issues. Which were addressed. Every communication was via text…answers were usually we’ll get back to you. I did hear back from their management team with a sincere apology which was appreciated. And a commitment to work with their staff on more appropriate responses to customer concerns.

I rarely feel comfortable in hotels but Berkeley hotel made me feel at ease. The memory foam bed was comfortable and clean, the decor was very stylish, and the location was very convenient to restaurants and a grocery store. It was quiet, gorgeous, comfortable and clean. I would like to stay there again in the future and I hope it will be a place that is maintained to keep up the unique appearance it has now. The art displayed in the building is also gorgeous. The parking garage was nice as well. I loved it and felt very safe staying there.
All aspects of my stay here was phenomenal. I had to completely rebook my trip to Denver due to a snow storm and rescheduling of a Red Rocks concert. The team responded to me and my quandary right away and were incredibly accommodating in moving my reservation - they even reimbursed me because my trip had become one night shorter. The room was actually an incredibly spacious 1 bedroom apartment with all the amenities I needed to work and play in a great neighborhood for a few days. Perks: incredibly comfortable bed and linens, ceiling fan, and blackout curtains made for a few of the best nights of sleep I've ever had!
This hotel was amazing. We reserved it to treat ourselves during our wedding week, and it certainly was a treat. It felt like an upscale apartment, very at home but luxurious. Staff were very helpful and accommodating. Tennyson is a great walking area as well, plenty of food and entertainment. Would definitely stay here again!
