So is it worth the money ? YES !!!! We had a major problem, basement filled with 6” of water due to a collapsed drain. We ended up needing a complete new line , and that means digging. Man , am I glad we called Mr.Rooter out of Columbus , Ohio The professional team the sent was unbelievable, on time, easy to talk with, did everything they said they would, and I’d say a probably a little more . The Columbus Dig crew, CJ, Luke and Kaiden were absolutely on point ! They had the tools , and knowledge, and were all extremely motivated. In a little more than 2 1/2 hours and they were done ! And this was no small job ! Shout out to the salesman Travis , thanks for helping us make the correct decision. After seeing what it actually involved, if I would have attempted to do it on my own, I’d probably would have died ! lol Thanks for saving me Travis ! In short , these guys are good , and DEPENDABLE!!!! Well worth a few extra bucks, for this piece of mind ! Thanks so much for everything! Yall SHINE! 🤠

Often times, there is an amount of professionalism and poise that comes with initial introductions and looking for a company to complete a project for the customer. Mr Rooter, has those people. We were able to get our hot water back AND get a new unit installed in a very timely manner. Shout out to Joe Priest for the Clean cut work and alignment of the new unit. Professionalism shows, and the experience is obvious. Go Tankless! Nicely done Joe !

Brian Q was AWESOME - he diagnosed the issue, allowed me to add an item in another room, gave me the estimate in a few minutes and went to work. Poor guy had to make 2 trips to get 'parts', but was done quickly. He was the nicest guy, very professional in doing the work, and took the time to walk me thru things as he found them. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

Chandler replaced a completely clogged line causing my kitchen sink to back up for when snaking it was unsuccessful. He also installed a garbage disposal. He did an excellent job and had a fantastic attitude on a not so great job. He also cleaned up after! He kept me informed throughout the 8 hour job on his progress and I knew the cost upfront. Definitely recommend!
