My son (29yo 1st time homeowner) had a roof and gutters installed about 2yrs ago. Part of his gutter has already fell down this past winter and other parts are leaning. I'm not sure if it's the installation or cheap material but my son had to pay $500 with their warranty to have it repaired. They still don't look like their going to hold up for next winter either. I've been a homeowner for 30 yrs (2 properties) and never had a gutter fall down. I definitely wouldn't recommend Iman Roofing, spend a little more and get better quality.
When I initially called for an estimate Luis came right out. He was kind professional and thorough. I had seen their work in the city and decided to use IMAN roofing to replace my roof. Always easy to contact Luis and he answered all my questions. When it came time to start the job his crew was right on time. They were courteous and respectful of my property. They setup and started work. When the job was done the crew cleaned up so well you would have never known there was a roof replacement NOT a repair a COMPLETE replacement which meant lots of waste. Yard was left just as they found it if not a little better. I can’t express how completely happy I am with the finished product. I HIGHLY recommend IMAN Roofing.

I just had a complete roof replacement in April 2026. It was very refreshing to see a company do exactly what they promised. From the level of professionalism, communication and great service IMAN roofing checked all the boxes. The crew arrived on time AS SCHEDULED. The crew communicated with me every step of the way during this process. The crew was very efficient and even took the time to make sure my landscaping was protected and cared for while working and most of all they cleaned up after the job was complete. The company also did an awesome job communicating with my insurance company throughout this whole process. I highly recommend IMAN roofing for your roofing needs. We had to have our roof replaced by May 9,2026. My cousin referred me to a fb group were i asked if anyone knows a good roofing company.. and i had 3 people referred me to iman roof. I gave them a call the next day. A nice receptionist answer the phone ( very helpful) with hours Luis called me we set up an appointment to have the roof inspected.. Now by this time im panicking thinking the roof wasn't going to be done by May 9. Luis had me on the schedule within a week. The roofers showed up May 2. And completed the job in a day. If you are looking for an honest professional company IMAN IS WHERE ITS AT. 10/10 you wont be disappointed. If i need any future work done i know were to go.
I want to give a big shout out to Eric who was Able to help my mom find a solution that fit her budget so she didn’t have to replace her whole roof as she is planning to sell her house this year. We had a terrible experience 10 years ago with a roofer who did our roof and they put a horrible roof on that is already leaking. Eric Was able to come out and assess And give us options that made us feel comfortable. He was very knowledgeable and kind and very thorough. Not only did he climb the roof when nobody else did that came out to give us estimates, But he flew a drone to show me a video and photo in real time. I highly recommend this company.
