Highly recommend!!! Never thought I would have been in the position that I was in, no one really does anticipate it But finding Joslyn law firm was a huge blessing. Damon Davis was my attorney and he was amazing. Super informative and actually took the time to listen to me an keep me updated. I couldn’t imagine going thru this process with someone other than Damon. Highly recommend this firm. Bess was great as well. She responded quickly to my emails and calls. Damon and Bess are both caring professionals that go above and beyond beyond! Thank you just doesn’t seem enough for what they did for me.
Damon Davis was such a big help in my case it was the first time I was interested in legal advice and I’m so happy I went to him. He was very patient with me Talked and walked me through everything. I got a real good deal on my case and he even gave me some lifelong advice afterwards you have nothing to worry about if you go to Mr. Davis and he smells really good. Don’t go to this law firm for anything, I hired this attorney for my fiance over a wrongful conviction, everything was fine up until a week after we paid them $3,000 dollars ,after that point we had no communication, they then fired themselves after us explaining that I had lost my job over having to be in court and I explained that I would need more time to recover from this but they would get paid . They had called us and said that we needed to pay $1700 but I talked to them and the billing department said they would talk to Damon , after that phone call we never heard anything back so we assumed that everything was fine, again no communication after that phone call and nothing prior about anything involving the case. We have called them prior to this multiple times and no response from anyone there at the office. Then we check the docket and they had pulled themselves off without any notice or communication to try to sort this out, I just got in the job and would have been able to pay next week but they did not nor will reach out. So again I will reiterate do not use this firm for anything, even if it’s not criminal, they left her high and dry during this criminal case , and we don’t even have time to hire a new attorney since her court is on the 26th of June . So if anyone is reading this from the law firm thanks a lot if I could leave negative stars I would .

We reached out to Joslyn Law Firm regarding a hit-skip charge and was put in contact with Justin McMullen. From start to finish, Justin was wonderful. He didn't hard sell us, he just told us the facts and walked us through what could happen. He was so honest and open that we didn't even consider another lawyer, we could tell Justin was who we needed. The case was dropped to failure to report an accident which was a minor misdemeanor and had a fine. After our last court date we got a chance to talk to him and really got a sense of his personality. He is such a kind and warm person. Thank you Justin and team for all you've done for us. Highly recommend and would absolutely use him again.
