We had to make a change to our living arrangements so moved to this hotel. Very convenient location. Reasonably priced. The room was very comfortable. Hotel staff friendly and focused on good service. Breakfast is provided. Coffee and hot water always available. If needed, we will stay here again.
Room, facilities and location were clean and convenient - evening you need for a comfortable stay. Free breakfast was better than most chains at this level and the attendant was A+. In addition, both desk clerks (evening and morning) were very attentive, professional, kind and hospitable. This is probably the best value for a hotel in the Dayton area. Very much recommended.
Carpeting in common areas is worn. Rooms are nice. Fire alarm at 2:30 was an unpleasant surprise, but if there is a real fire, it will wake you up. Fire department response was good. Would stay there again.

This hotel is, from what I can tell, very clean and quiet. It's close to a lot of different restaurants which is very convenient. The room was clean and tidy. The mattress was not super comfortable, but not horrible, which is really the only reason the 4 star rating. Everyone was very kind and accommodating. The elevator was out of service when I was leaving, which was slightly inconvenient, but honestly this girl could use some extra steps, so no biggie for me.
My stay was not a great one! I chose the hotel based on the great location. I reached out to the front desk immediately with my concerns. In which I was told the Manager was going to reach out to me in the morning. I was also offered hot chocolate due to the inconvenience . The next morning at check out I expressed my concerns with the condition of the room and again was told the Manager is pretty busy and would reach out to. This was April 3, 2026! I reached out 2 days later still nothing. I felt it was awful not receiving any type of communication from the manager at any point! I had several complaints in which I took pictures since the Front desk staff had me take them and send to her! 1-The shower had hair all over the shampoo and conditioner bottles. 2-Used Q tip under the sink 3-Old food in the fridge 4-Hard dried food behind the couch 5-Ants all over the wall and air conditioner
