Jeff P purged the air from our hydronic heat system . He did a great job of explaining the cost up front and what he was going to do mechanically. He was courteous and wore shoe covers before entering the house. He left the area clean when done and verified that the system was working properly. He explained how I could save on future visits by purchasing a maintenance plan which I will use for another unrelated plumbing project.
Jeff did an amazing job with my AC unit. He spent time analyzing the situation and finding the problem. He was professional, polite, and hardworking on a day when the outside temps felt over 100 degrees. Very happy customer.
Have used VEH for years and always appreciate their good work, promptness, explanations and friendly technicians! We had a great experience with Tim and Keith during the installation of our new boiler. They explained the system and were great to work with. When we noticed an issue with a radiator heating in out of the at part of the house they returned and diagnosed the issue and addressed it. I would work with the company and these technicians again.
Thank you Verne & Ellsworth Hann. Had Bill R. and associates remove and replace my 20 year old boiler with a new one. They did a great job! They showed up on time, we’re thorough in explaining how the new equipment worked, did the removal and install quickly (1 1/2 days), and cleaned up completely. Thanks again fellows! Plumbers rule😉👍🇺🇸
