Mr. Dunford provided wonderful customer service, fair prices, punctual, and really knows what he’s doing!! He did my light fixtures, and stove hood! 10/10 I definitely recommend ☺️
Not Impressed. Called for an Estimate. Said he would be by next day. Proceeded to cruise around my neighborhood and stopped at the wrong house. I attempted to call him 3 times while he was obviously lost. No answer. Voice Box Full. Proceeds to call me an hour later telling me stopped at a house with a picket fence and left a card. Can't speak to the quality of this companies work. But the lack of basic organization / communication was mind blowing. What you can do better. - Correctly write down customer address / phone number. Verify this information while the customer is still on the phone. - If you do have difficulty finding the address. Be proactive. Reach out to your customer and ask for clarification / land marks. - Give your customer a direct call back line.

Needed outlets repaired, lighting fixtures replaced and a EV outlet placed in our garage. Mr.Dunsford was responsive, prompt, polite and gave us a fair price. Highly recommend
Spoke with a guy name Willie who proceeded to cut me off at every chance he could, when explaining the job that needed to be done, he told me "I did not ask all of that", proceeded to get smart with my 17 year old who wanted details of the work he would do. I stop my son from whooping his (you know what). I do not recommend ANYONE in DAYTON to use this bitter old man unless you like confrontation and poor service!!!!!!!
Came out the same day I called, came back to fix my fuse box the next day, everything done promptly and professionally. Very pleased with Mr. Dunford's work Thanks again
