I scheduled an A/C service with another company that canceled at the last minute, so I looked up Snug Air Heating & Cooling and I’m glad I did. The customer service was outstanding from the very first phone call. The young lady who answered was friendly, professional, and attentive to my concerns. She was able to schedule a technician within an hour which was a huge relief. Daniel, the owner, personally came out and worked on my unit. He was extremely professional and thorough, taking the time to explain the issue in detail. He took measurements from my system and clearly explained what they meant using charts, which helped me fully understand what was going on. From start to finish, the customer service was top-notch. I will definitely be using Snug Air Heating & Cooling for all my future HVAC needs and highly recommend them to anyone looking for honest, prompt, and professional service.
