Very professional in all aspects. They cleaned up the area around the house and ran a magnet for any nails. They did this every day at the end of their work. Eddie was the manager that checked all the work to make sure it was correct. He took pictures of the roof and discussed with me all the work. I had Lyons Roofing replace my roof over 20 years before and they did a great job so I was confident they would do a great job again, and I was not disappointed.
Lyons roofing was professional, courteous, and thorough from the first meeting to the completed roof! They explained everything in ways we understood and backed it up with pictures so that we could make the best decision for us. As a woman who was home alone with an infant when they replaced the roof I always felt safe. They send text messages with pictures and names of who is coming by the job site so you know who is showing up, and the roofers themselves worked so efficiently and determinedly that they finished the job 2 days ahead of schedule. I would use these guys again, and recommend them to anyone!

We hired Lyons Roofing to do a complete tear off of underlayment down to the wood and replacement. The entire process from inspection to quoting to the actual work was done responsibly and with care. The crew doing the work arrived each day on time and quit at dusk. A foreman arrived each day to verify the quality of job and give an update on progress. A daily cleanup was also performed. The replacement took a little over a week. Removing and replacing underlayment is not an inexpensive endeavor. Lyons has 3 levels of service (good, better, best). We choose the premium option and feel the value was worth it.
I contacted Lyons Roofing for an estimate on a repair or full re-roofing. I wanted to know what my reasonable choices were. Both estimates were very fair. Justin H did the estimate and answered ALL of my questions and explained everything very well. He is personable, professional, patient and kind. Justin is easy to communicate with and always got right back to me when I came up with even more questions. He did not try to push me towards either direction but was totally honest and aboveboard. I was very impressed with Justin and Lyons Roofing is fortunate to have him as an employee! Thank you Justin.
