GO TO THIS CHICAGO SHOP!! ESPECIALLY IF YOU WANT FAIR TREATMENT/ REASONABLE PRICES/ QUALITY SERVICE!! They've worked on my '93 Ford van/ '77 Chevy El Camino/ '95 Mercury Gran Marquis / '95 Chevy Corsica and many others too!! *** Besides EVERYTHING American, I've also seen them work on late model European luxury cars like BMW/ Mercedes/ Audi as well as late model Asian cars such as Toyota/ Honda/ Nissan and many others. *** They also work on trucks (VERY big and medium and small sizes too). *** I was in there recently and saw them work on a CLASSIC '55 Lincoln Continental- wow!!! And they even do ELECTRICAL WORK/ WELDING/ WHEEL ALIGNMENTS. This old school shop DOESN'T TURN DOWN ANYTHING!! *** And that matters cause MANY dealerships/ specialty shops REFUSE to work on older vehicles (even vehicles built in the 2000s) and that can be a flux to the owners of classic cars or just older vehicles, who can't afford a late model or new car. *** This shop has senior/ experienced mechanics who work METHODICALLY to fix your vehicle. NOT younger/ fresh out of school mechanics - many whom have never seen some of these vehicles before or can't even pronounce their names!! *** And the owner will WORK WITH YOU and HONESTLY assess your vehicle and WORK WITH YOUR WALLET!! *** WHO DOES THAT in this day and age?!! *** I will ALWAYS CHOOSE OGDEN before I consider anyone else and I STRONGLY ADVISE that you do that too whether you're in the city or the suburbs!!
Ogden Automotive gets 5 stars for their amazing customer service. I never have to worry about my vintage 1998 Lexus mechanical/ maintenance needs because I trust Ogden Automotive explicitly that the job will be done right with no worries of costly extra add ons. I give 5 stars through and through!

Came in seeking a solution to a wheel hub issue, Paul and team were friendly, quick to diagnose and offered several options. They explained the options and saved me money versus what the dealership wanted. Turned it around in a day, great experience from start to finish!
My license plates were stolen off my car, along with the screws. I stopped in at Ogden Automotive to see if they could install them for me and the got the job done in 5 minutes at a VERY reasonable price. They were very kind and accommodating. Highly recommended.
Ogden Automotive to the rescue!!! My front brakes and caliper went out on my suv. Took it to Pepboys around the corner and let’s just say they were trying to hit me over the head. Looked up some shops in the area and their reviews. I choose Ogden Automotive for the win. Spoke to a gentleman named Andy and he was awesome. Didn’t feel like I was being taken advantage of at All. Price was affordable and service was done in a timely fashion. I’d recommend this shop to everyone especially women because they won’t try to play with your intelligence.
