Busted water heater that needed replacing and I called these guys. They came the same day and gave me options for standard and tankless heaters in about 15 mins. They also waited while I got quote from another supplier. I went with the std. tank heater since the price difference was about $2k. They got the job done the same day and it looks and works great!
I was offered a free estimate on repairing some sink and shower issues. Frank L. showed up just four minutes into the scheduled four-hour window, which was a new arrival record. He patiently listened to my history of each concern, applied the moisture meter to walls and floorboards, discussed future project options (such as restorative work and pipe lining) without pressuring, and sent follow-up estimates as promised. While onsite, Frank offered a reasonable price to clear one tub drain of hard matter using his drill auger (rather than having to disassemble pipes or resort to cameras for blockages) which made one shower usable. I have an old house so repair work is not uncommon and I appreciate when companies like Affordable live up to their name and employees like Frank take the time to understand situations. Thanks!

EXCELLENT SERVICE.. Technician Arrived on time within the time window. I received 30 minute call before arrival, as requested. Technician was professional and thorough. Technical also scope the pipe. Which I really appreciate, it's always good to be able to see what issue is firsthand. Kitchen sink grease clog was detected, Grease clog was removed, sink now draining correctly. Pricing is very fair. I professionally manage multiple STR properties. I recommend and will continue to use affordable plumbing.
Had a leak in a old water system at a condo our son just bought. We were able to get a next day appt and Cesar the technician was awesome. Confirmed what we thought that the system was not doing anything made the decision to just take it out and he did it all in one visit.
