We have an older condominium that needed serious duct cleaning and HVAC package unit replacement. To our surprise, they were able to get everything done in one day! They didn’t try to oversell us or create additional problems etc. This company is honest. Fair pricing, family owned and a legacy of good service that shows! Highly valued and recommended!
My hot water heater died on Sunday and Busy Bee made an emergency visit to assess the situation. Got the water stopped and a new system ordered. Monday Kevin and Ethan came out and removed the dead heater and set me up with a commercial grade water heater. Super nice guys, professional, and efficient. They did great. Even went above and beyond sweeping out some of the water in the garage when they could. Would highly recommend them for sure, 100%.

Busy Bee is the BEST! I am beyond impressed! Braxton was absolutely amazing. He showed up on time, was very respectful, and really listened to my concerns. He was incredibly thorough and took the time to properly assess the issue — I’d been having problems with my AC for over a year. I had previously paid another well-known company to address the same issue, and all I got was a temporary fix. That company even recommended I replace an expensive part. After Braxton reviewed everything, he discovered that wasn’t the problem at all — it was an entirely different issue. (I’m so glad I declined to replace that part last year!) Braxton fixed my AC, I completely trusted him, and I never felt like I was being taken advantage of or sold things I didn’t need. And today, in almost 100-degree weather, I’m sitting in a cool home.
I booked an online appointment on Tuesday July 21st 2026 for someone to arrive the next day. I never got a confirmation in email, phone, or anything. I then called at 6:31pm Tuesday July 21st 2026 and asked why I never got a confirmation (maybe I did it wrong! who knows!) and that I’d love to schedule an appointment online. The lady working told me I can get on the schedule for the next day and they will show up after 4pm. The next day comes and I still do not have a confirmation. Someone called at 10am and I miss the call. I called back and ask when my tech will be there and they said nobody ever booked my appointment and that they are full for the rest of the day. Took off work in order to be home for the appointment. Way too difficult to schedule - someone was not trained right. And their online schedule portal doesnt work. Go with somewhere else for your AC needs
Grahm was dispatched out to repair our condenser after it had an outage the night prior. Was very respectful & helpful, AND explained everything in detail of what needed repaired and why. Made speedy work of the damage and overall made the transaction a comfortable customer service experience. The pricing was fair for the repair, and the damages were made clear. Very honest & reputable business practices all around!
