Having traveled all over the world and stayed in countless accommodations, I can honestly say this was one of the most memorable experiences I’ve ever had. The hosts personally welcomed us upon arrival, making us feel genuinely valued from the very beginning. They took the time to explain everything about the house and shared many thoughtful local recommendations. The home itself was warm, beautiful, and exceptionally comfortable—it truly felt like a home away from home. Every detail reflected the hosts’ care and hospitality. I am incredibly grateful for their kindness and generosity. This was an unforgettable stay, and I would highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area. I would love to stay here again.
My partner and I stayed at Louie's B&B while in town for a show at Blossom Music Center and a quick visit to Cuyahoga Valley National Park, and had a great experience. Louie greeted us and gave us a quick tour and a few reccomendations showed us to our room. We had to leave for the show pretty soon after arriving and unfortunately didn't have much time to chat with him, but you can tell he's very passionate about the area and his B&B and would be an amazing source of info for things to do! Located in a beautiful historic neighborhood with driveway and street parking, felt very safe. Our room was small but clean and cozy, perfectly fine for a couple. Upstairs bathroom with the shower is shared among all the guests but this wasn't an issue at all, very clean - a separate half-bath is located downstairs. Lots of options for a quick breakfast in the morning.

I've had the ability to deliver guests luggage to this location a few times this summer along their journeys through the Ohio Erie Bike Trail. A wonderful location with a cute and quaint home paying homage to everything "Akron". I experienced many happy guests picking up their luggage to and from this location. Louie, is a wonderful and thoughtful host.
My boyfriend and I stayed with Louie at Berrodin when we came to Akron to see Devo perform. We were excited, because the pictures made the place look very fun and cozy, and it was!! There is so much neat artwork, and books, and information around the house about history and things to do in the area. Louie was very passionate about sharing everything he has collected along the way while he was building his Bnb into the very special place that it is today. My only regret is that we were there for such a short time, and didn't get to take advantage of all the amenities and really settle in.
Staying at Berrodin Bed & Breakfast was exactly the reset button I needed. The place was warm and spotless, the sculptures were captivating, and the hot tub was incredible. The bed was comfortable, and the sodas were legit. The lore is legendary. I’m already planning my next trip back. Full five stars. I highly recommend this place,
