Ok I know it’s been a while since we posted but I just had to post this. We stay at the most amazing resort. The rooms were very nice and clean and the property was well kept. Not even a spider web in the ceiling which is at least 40 feet high. The Wait staff at all the restaurants were excellent, friendly and very helpful. When we walked in they had left us a welcome basket telling me Happy Birthday which is over a week away and certainly nothing I had told them about. See the picture. At the Embers Lounge Bar we had some excellent music and the Wait staff was awesome. Noah and Desiree did an excellent job of taking care of us. Desiree gave is some very yummy cookies. We just want them to know home much we appreciate the service and the awesome treatment. We will be back and hope that they are there. Thank you to the Management for having such an excellent staff. Keep it going strong.
Our family recently stayed here, and we had an outstanding experience from start to finish. The hotel was exceptionally clean, well-maintained, and all of the amenities exceeded our expectations. A special thank you to Jamir at the front desk. He went above and beyond to make our check-in process smooth and welcoming. He took the time to explain everything about our stay, answered all of our questions, and even shared some great recommendations that made our visit even more enjoyable. His customer service truly stood out and made us feel valued as guests. The pool area was beautiful, with plenty of seating for families to relax. Our kids especially loved the extra games and activities provided by the pool staff. It was such a thoughtful touch that kept them entertained and made the experience even more memorable. The evening activities around the outdoor fire pits were a great way to unwind from the day. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would absolutely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a clean, family-friendly place with outstanding customer service. We look forward to coming back!

Very beautiful place! Would love to come back during the holidays around Christmas to enjoy their decorations and Christmas spirit. I loved everything about this place. Very kid friendly and easy to navigate around the enormous building. Location is close to the airport and close to a majority of restaurants and stores. Only downside is their mini fridge in the room didn't keep food/drinks cold.
This is a VERY cool place we visit every year around Christmas time for the ice carving of Christmas movie themes! It’s a far drive as it’s out by the DIA airport but it’s so fun & worth it to explore and even more impressive to see the detail and colors of the ice. Endless photo ops! They usually have an ice slide to go down but last year (2025) was the 1st year it was for kids only. Kind of a bummer. 😒 They also have a large (but very expensive) gift shop matching the ice carved movie theme characters and a small area for drinks & snacks (also WAY overpriced). It’s worth it to just go walk through the ice carving area! DRESS WARM & wear layers & gloves! They do provide big oversized long blue trench-coats to wear. Over the years, we’ve seen the ice sculptures here for A Christmas Story, Polar Express, Charlie Brown & The Grinch! 🎄🎁 HOPING they do the Elf movie next!! They also have a gingerbread making area and a place for kids to meet Santa. There are several other restaurants & small shops in this convention center & hotel to check out too!
We went with a group of other families for Memorial Day weekend. It was our first staycation at the resort. We all had a great time and the kids are already asking to go back. We had an absolutely amazing stay at this resort! From the moment we arrived, the staff Thayli and Jamir made us feel welcome and cared for. The resort itself is beautiful, clean, and very relaxing. We loved swimming pool and lazy river — it was large, crystal clear, and perfect for both adults and kids. Our family spent hours enjoying the pool area. We also loved the outdoor area with many fire pits and the kids got to make smores. This resort is incredibly family-friendly, with a warm atmosphere and plenty of space for children to have fun safely. Everything was well-maintained, and there were activities and amenities that kept everyone happy. The rooms were comfortable, the food was excellent, and the overall experience exceeded our expectations. We created wonderful memories here and can’t wait to come back again. Highly recommend this resort to anyone looking for a relaxing and fun family getaway! Thank you Gaylord Rockies Resort and we hope to see you again soon.
