Unfortunately I didn’t get the 2 guys names. I had service at 2 different addresses, one a boiler and the other forced air. Both guys were very professional, knowledgeable and customer service friendly. They cleaned up behind themselves and answered any questions I had. I will say Ralph Heating and Cooling is a brand that represents integrity which goes a long way with me. How can you service the heart of the house without integrity? You can’t, the house is going into cardiac arrest. Take care of it and it will take care of of
Their technician Stan came first thing in the morning, and was very polite. Explained everything that was happening, replaced a relay and got my air-conditioning unit back up and running in less than an hour. I am very pleased.

Ralphs came to my home after me reaching out to American home shield they came. They gave me an estimated access to what was wrong with the air-conditioning unit And they came back and they changed my fan. If not the motor and I now have error again it was fixed within 30 minutes no more than an hour. I am grateful to them.
My boiler was leaking water through the pressure relief valve. Called and was assigned a service technician same day. He was able to diagnose the issue and I arranged for the repair to take place a few days later. Technician was courteous and professional and answered all questions. He was very thorough and ensured boiler was good before leaving.
My $100K steam boiler was installed by Ralph 2 years ago, since it was installed it never worked properly. Ralph technician came to my building twice last week and couldn't fix it. Today 12/5/25 John, the owner decided to tell me "Go find somebody else to fix your heat, I don't like your attitude" shame on you John, I will find someone else better & more professional than you are.
