Had a wonderful stay at The Scottsdale Resort and Spa! Our king room was so spacious for an ordinary room. Everything was neat, clean and fully stocked. The front desk staff were very nice and informative, especially the gentleman with the braids (sorry, wish I would retain names). The Saturday morning complimentaty yoga class was great however I wish she would show every pose and not just say the names since I tend to forget what is what. The resort in general is so beautiful and felt very relaxing. The Djs at the pool were great and added to the vibe! The chicken sandwich and fries poolside were delicious! The daiquiri could've been better, it tasted watered down. There was a poolside charge accidentally added and front desk took care of removing it with no problem. The location is so accessible to old town Scottsdale and many other areas. I do wish there was slightly more to do as far as classes or complimentary offers but happy regardless.
We had such a great experience during our stay, and Ethan at the front desk made it even better. He took very good care of us from the moment we arrived and went above and beyond to make accommodations that made our stay comfortable and stress-free. Ethan was friendly, professional, and genuinely helpful throughout our visit. Customer service like his really stands out, and we truly appreciated everything he did for us. The hotel is beautiful with so many activities to choose from. We’re looking forward to staying again!

Thank you for an amazing stay. Nathan was incredibly kind to take care of someone who desperately need to recharge and relax. Your staff is outstanding. Checking in was seamless and even though I knew I looked exhausted the front desk was warm and welcoming. Monica was so cheerful and brought a beautiful charcuterie plate to my room. My room was absolutely spotless and it was so relaxing. Antonio was my waiter and was so kind to let me choose where I wanted to sit, always made sure I had water, and let me take as long as I needed to order and relax. Joel was so thoughtful thinking to bring a toothbrush when I asked for toothpaste. Evelyn delivered my breakfast and was so happy to thank me for my stay. Even the maintenance team were so happy to say hello and help me find the pool. Being able to text the concierge to ask question and not have to call and talk to people was such a nice break. It was exactly what I needed to give my best to my patients at work. With my deepest appreciation, thank you.
booked a little staycation at the Scottsdale Resort and Spa for my boyfriend’s birthday, and we had a great time. The resort is beautiful, and it was really fun to walk around and explore the property. Our room was spacious and luxurious, and the bed and pillows were incredibly comfortable—we had no trouble falling asleep each night. Brunch at La Fogata was delicious, and dinner there felt very intimate. A surprise highlight was The Madam cocktail bar, which was such a cool experience. Also, lounging by the pool while sipping on a frozen daiquiri was exactly what my soul needed. Their fitness center was IMPRESSIVE. Lots of options and I loved that their dumbbell weights went up to 100 lbs. I had every intention of getting a workout in while I was there but… you know how that goes heh. The only hiccup was when we first arrived. I had prepaid for valet parking, but it looked like there was only one person working the stand and he was running all over the place—grabbing cars, packing and unpacking luggage, and helping other guests. We waited parked in front for about 10–15 minutes and were never acknowledged, so I ended up self-parking instead. Overall, it’s a beautiful resort and we really enjoyed our stay.
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We had the most amazing stay at The Scottsdale Resort & Spa. From the moment we arrived, every single person on the team made our trip feel special and truly memorable. A huge shoutout to Jayme, the manager by the pool and restaurant. She constantly checked in on guests and made sure everyone was happy and taken care of. Her energy, professionalism, and attention to detail truly made the experience exceptional — she was honestly the highlight of the trip. Alisha was hands down the best server — so friendly, attentive, and always making sure we had everything we needed. She made every meal feel like a five-star experience. Pool days were unforgettable thanks to Jordan taking care of us in our cabana. Amazing service and great energy — always checking in at just the right time. At the bar, Andrew made some of the best drinks we’ve had anywhere. Super personable and clearly passionate about what he does. And Leon helped us with valet and also served us during our stay. He was welcoming, helpful, and just one of those people who instantly makes you feel taken care of. The property is beautiful, the atmosphere is relaxing, and the staff truly goes above and beyond. We can’t wait to come back! 🌴☀️
