I received excellent service from J&T Automotive. I dropped my car off for a front wheel alignment. Quick turnaround. Reasonably priced. Free shuttle. My service rep, Brian, kept me informed on the status and also followed up later to ensure I was satisfied with the work after I picked up my vehicle. I would highly recommend J&T.
Excellent experience at J&T Automotive! I needed an alignment on my 4Runner and they got me in and out faster than expected. The communication was top-notch; they kept me updated throughout the day and the staff was incredibly friendly. It’s clear why they have such a great reputation in Houston. If you want honest work and great customer service, this is the place to go.
I went to the dealership for my usual oil change, but they were charging an unusually high price. I called J&T, and Bryan immediately assisted me and explained their services. He let me know they could take care of my car the same day, which was very convenient. They also did a complimentary inspection and replaced my cabin and engine air filters. Overall, they did a great job with fast, friendly service. I would definitely come back again.

Fantastic experience at J&T and this will be the place I come back to for all my cars' needs. Let me provide some context in that just 2 months prior I took my 2022 Outback Wildnerness to a different shop off of Pinemont a couple months prior for a simple oil change. While the car was there, they did a multipoint inspection and said both front and rear brake pads and rotors needed to immediate attention and needed to be replaced (among a bunch of other things). At the time I elected just to get the oil change. They ended up putting twice as much oil as they should have, causing the exhaust to smoke. Luckily they quickly fixed the issue, took responsibility and were apologetic, but something like that shouldn't have happened in the first place. 2 months later my Outback got a nasty rock chip. Decided to try J&T because of the Google reviews, and I've driven past the shop many times. They were able to get me a quote on the glass replacement the same day, and it was about 1/3 of what I was expecting. I thought it was going to be more because replacing the windshield on my Outback also means the Eyesight needs to be recalibrated, and other places usually charge a lot for this. After J&T's multipoint inspection, they told me my front brakes didn't need replacing, and that only rear brake pads/rotors needed to be replaced. I appreciated the honest assessment after what I experienced with the other shop, and again the price came in a few hundred dollars less than I was expecting. Everything was done within 24 hours of dropping off my car. Richard was my main point of contact, and he was on top of keeping me updated every step of the way, and super easy to get a hold of when I had follow up questions. I also appreciated how clean the office/lobby is - it even smells nice.
