A-1 is a honest ( no bullshit on trying to up sell on needless items )fast, reliable, professional company. They showed up when they told me and completed on time. I would recommend to anyone. The quality is worth price. I want to say thank you to Chris, Brad, Tony and the rest of the wonderful people at A-1 for such a great experience.
Friendly, professional, very knowledgeable about this work.Explained all to me, easy to understand.when all was said, done and I followed all directions as to how to keep things functional, until new furnace can be installed, as snow cannot be on roof, need a new roof jack.All explained thoroughly. I have been dealing with A1 for 7 years. They sold me a new furnace which broke down 9 plus times over a 7 year period. They " gave " me a new furnace to replace the lemon for a charge of 1500. They installed this on May 26 2025. I have called them out numerous times to fix this "new" furnace / air conditioner. They have been giving me the run around for months now. Finally today September 24 2025 they repaired my "new" furnace. However in the process of fixing this they broke my washing machine. The man who answers the phone has had a very disparaging attitude towards me for months because I dared to ask for my furnace to be repaired. Today he accused me of trying to file an insurance claim. I am not the only one that has been on the receiving end of their business etiquette. They cut the lines on my neighbors air conditioner and then tried to charge them $100 a pound for freon. Also the owner has a very nasty attitude when you're trying to make them do the right thing and fix what is broken . I will be contacting BBB and action news. Something needs to be done to keep innocent people from being ripped off.
A-1 heating was. Awesome, they came. In yesterday to started to put in our furnace the gentleman very very friendly they took their time put in the furnace, they explained what they were doing, Mike , he's the one that came in a couple. Of days ago to inspect our furnace, the furnace couldn't be fixed, he sat us down explained our options, told us about. Financing we financed he came back the next day we signed the contract , Mike was also very nice the considerate, we couldn't pick. Better heating and air conditioner then A -1, heating , they're the best
Had my duct work cleaned, and found out my plenum under the furnace and under my garage floor was all rotted and needed replaced. Having a 28 year old furnace, this was not an option for me, instead, I decided to replace the furnace, and a/c as well. I called a total of 6 companies out to provide an estimate. The last company, should have been my first company to call. Chris from A1 Heating came out and spend the necessary time to explain EVERYTHING to me, and was EXTREMELY knowledgeable in all aspects of the heating and cooling of my home. They received the job, and were out to install the job in only 2 weeks. There was no rush on my part. Between Chris monitoring the job, and the guys that were out to do the install, they were all AMAZING! The work crew did an OUTSTANDING job with EVERYTHING!!!!!! If you are in need of ANY heating or a/c work, be it a repair or complete replacement, be sure to check them out! I will be referring them to everyone I know that needs a service like theirs. GREAT JOB GUYS!!!!!!
