We had a fantastic experience at this Fairfield Inn & Suites and would definitely stay here again if our travels bring us back to the area! From the moment we arrived, the front desk staff was incredibly kind and friendly, making us feel welcome right away. When we got to our room, we were pleasantly surprised by how large and spacious it was. It features a great layout with a separate sitting area that has its own TV, plus a second TV right by the bed—which was incredibly comfortable and gave us a great night's sleep. The next morning, breakfast was excellent. There was a large selection of items to choose from, making it easy to fuel up for the day. If you are looking for a clean, spacious, and welcoming place to stay, this is it!
Honestly? Loved the staff. They were always so helpful and kind. The actual issues were: the tv did not connect to netflix at all and the resolution was very grainy, the sheets were coming off the bed every single night- the elastic in them were nonexistent, the pillows looked great until you laid your head on them and they went flat instantly, the internet was slow and overall just horrible to be on- I used my data the whole 3 weeks I was there, the laundry room only had 1 washer and 1 dryer which was super inconvenient when others also needed to wash their clothes, there were no towels for the pool every time I went down there, and the towels in the room would either A.) actually big enough to cover an adult body or B.) meant for a child- it quite literally changed almost every time the room was serviced. The room itself was very clean on arrival. The breakfast had oatmeal, waffles, normally scrambled eggs and sausage, cereal, breads, etc. Breakfast had a good variety. Check in and check out was very simple.

Thought this was a nice and well kept hotel until my wife got bit up by a bed bug. To Be waken up @ 7am in the morning itching is insane. The compensation offered is not even close to acceptable. Having to worry about the bugs in our luggage traveling back with us is crazy. Such an inconvenience for us. 3night stay and no other rooms available for us, made us have to leave and go home. I wish I can load these pictures and video of the bug on the bed. Room 308 is where we were.
Easy access off the highway with close proximity to shopping, restaurants, and a variety of stores. Check-in was smooth thanks to the friendly and helpful front desk staff, and our room was clean with very comfortable beds. One small note: an extra blanket in the room would have been nice, and the bath towels were smaller than expected our first night. That said, they were promptly replaced with plush, full-size towels the next day, which we appreciated. The front desk team truly went above and beyond. Bill was welcoming and friendly at check-in, and Marcus was incredibly helpful and accommodating at check-out when we had to leave a day early due to a severe storm. Glenn, the general manager, was fantastic. I noticed how diligently he was cleaning and restocking the breakfast area in the morning, all while being kind and friendly with guests and making sure everything from water and milk to yogurt and muffins was well stocked. Everyone we encountered was warm and professional. We found the pricing reasonable, enjoyed the pool and whirlpool on the first floor, and appreciated how quiet the hotel was, even though it was full, we didn’t hear any noise from our room. The location is very convenient, with plenty of parking the stay was comfortable, and we’re truly grateful for the hospitality. We will absolutely be back.
This hotel was extremely clean and comfortable. I just came from a "four-star" hotel the night before, and Fairfield far exceeded the "four-star" on cleanliness and comfort. Not to mention there is free coffee and breakfast that comes with your stay! The bed was comfortable also! Location was perfect and staff was great. I can't say enough good things about my stay. I will definitely be coming back in my future travels.
