TOTAL DUMP! Your hotel experience starts with a loud, rickety elevator. I've seen the same complaint about this on other reviews from months back, so obviously the management is too cheap to fix it. The common area carpets are dirty and there are bits of trash EVERYWHERE around the hotel, along with layers of dust on common area furniture. The water in the pool (where the lock was broken, BTW) was so murky you couldn't see the bottom of the 3 foot area. The washer was broken, another complaint I see from old reviews. In the room itself, the AC barely worked. The lotion and shampoo bottles were empty. There was hair on the towels and in the shower, and the bed was very loud, creaky and uncomfortable. The only reason I'm giving this 2 stars is because of the convenient location (lots of restaurants and the highway nearby) and the staff were very friendly. Others said the hotel was noisy, but our stay was pretty quiet. Breakfast was also pretty decent for one of these places.
Great location relative to the City of Dayton, OH. Easy to get to highways. Tons of food choices nearby. Kroger is nearby. Dayton main attractions just minutes away. Clean facility, very friendly staff, always said hello. Room was perfect for business travelers. Quiet at night, huge for business travelers.

I recently stayed at the Hampton Inn & Suites in Huber Heights and overall had a very good experience. The hotel itself was very clean, well-maintained, and comfortable. My room was spacious, quiet, and exactly what I expect from a Hampton — comfortable bed, clean bathroom, and everything in good working order. The complimentary breakfast was a big plus, with plenty of hot and cold options to choose from each morning! The location is convenient with easy highway access and several restaurants nearby, which made getting around simple. The only downside during my stay was the night staff. While daytime staff were friendly and welcoming, the overnight front desk team came across as unfriendly and somewhat dismissive. It wasn’t a major issue, but it did stand out compared to the otherwise positive service experience. Overall, I would still recommend this hotel for its cleanliness, comfort, and location. With a little improvement in nighttime customer service, it would easily be a full five stars!
Rude front desk staff. Sofa bed didn't bhave any bedding. Had to request for that. Onpy 2 towels. When I opened the sofa bed there was an underwear there. To that the front desk staff said I didn't clean the room but you can complain to the booking site.
The staff here is great! Front desk and cleaning staff were so friendly and helpful. The hotel itself is average and fine for a night or two.
